I requested a furniture dolley and furniture pads. They provided none. They said they would take it off the reservation as a consequence, yet U-Haul at drop off charged me 188 dollars for equipment you NEVER PROVIDED
Deanne MThe size I need was not available at the time and you system was down at the nearest location where I live and I couldn’t get the cab that I need I ended up paying more for a BIG truck that I really don’t need. 26 so thanks for your business anyway I got the job done
Brenda TThis drop off location was in a horrible area with 20+ homeless people were loitering around the drop off area. Felt very unsafe. Additionally the drop box was hard to find and had no instructions for using the drop box. I wasn't even sure if the drop box we used worked properly, but I moved on quickly as I was concerned about my family's safety. I will not use Uhaul again if I ever have a similar experience.
