A wider selection. Settled for a smaller trailer than I wanted. It’s UpNorth, so I get it. Courtney very efficient and friendly, so don’t mean this as a negative to the location.

Laurie SThe truck had advanced traction code and abs code going off of which didnt allow the cruise control to work. I drove 400 miles without cruise control. I told the counter attendandant at drop off about this and he asked if called roadside. Being a moving company you would think these things would have been handled before renting the truck out to a person on a moving deadline. I was already rerouted to a fifferent pickup location two dats begore pickup of which added to my fuel expence.
Aaron VFront desk stated “they would not check to ensure car was loaded properly “. To me this is a safety check which helps protect U-Haul property and public safety
