La prise en charge avec le téléphone n'a pas fonctionné parce que je voulais faire conduire mon conjoint, mais le camion était réservé à mon nom. Le service à l'intérieur était très mauvais. Auncune explication de la part des employés. On nous parlait bête.

Ce qui est dérangeant c'est le système de réservation informatique. On ne peut régler facilement des situations maintenant puisque ça passe par la voie électronique. Uhaul avait un problème avec ma réservation mais ne m'a jamais contacté. Résultat: le jour même c'est compliqué car mon compte est bloqué puisque PERSONNE ne m'a contacté pour régler le tout. Et au lieu de m'appeler, on m'envoie un courriel pour que MOI j'appelle immédiatement. Et on s'entend, impossible que je puisse parler à quelqu'un rapidement. Je crois qu'il y a place à amélioration dans les étapes pour que le tout soit beaucoup plus efficace.

First trailer we hooked up lights and it blew the fuse and broke light system. Employee who was very helpful said problem was on my truck. Replaced fuse and light box. Replugged trailer. Blew another fuse. Waited 2 hours while that was fixed. Plugged into another trailer. Those lights broken. Finally the third trailer we tried had working lights. Two hours meant I was late the entire day and did not make it to the drop off location during opening hours. Employee Jafir was excellent but the equipment was absolutely unacceptable

Nothing particular... I often rent with U-Haul, never had any issue. Maybe the absence of parking to park my car during the time I rent the truck is an irritant; I had to find a 5$ parking somewhere. I would also suggest you show the rental price per hour; I wanted more than 4 hours, and I had to try to reserve a truck several times to see when the truck would cost more. Finally I took 6 hours, to have a buffer, my trip took me EXACTLY 4 hours, and I wouldn't have liked to pay an Extra.

Make sure the return point accept trailer at their location had to drive 30km further then the designated drop off point Original drop off was in mc masterville and got turn away

First of all in order to get an answer on the phone with customer service it is nearly impossible, I had to wait nearly an hour and a half on hold to then get to speak with a rude representative who transferred me directly to another line where NOBODY every picked up. so THANK YOU UHAUL you wasted my day. when I went to pick up my truck on Rue Mance UHaul the lady at the counter was very nice and polite however the guy who gave me the truck was a COMPLETE a**hole with attitude who doesnt explain SH*T and just wants you out asap. and I am not the only one with this opinion because there was another customer standing there waiting for him who told me he would never come again here because he always has to deal with this idiot and that he would never recommend this location to anyone neither.

I will not be using self-service again. I did all the steps required and in the end had to wait in line to get the keys anyway. I thought they were supposed to be accessible without waiting in line, at least that's what your website said. There was also no place to return the keys, luckily there was an employee there after 5pm otherwise I don't know how I would've dropped off the keys securily. Then, I was overcharged on my credit card, and of course, the main office was locked so I couldn't see anyone about it. Now i'll have to make yet another step to phone uhaul. I always use this company and never had a problem until I tried the self service. It's honestly a waste of time.

S’assurer que la date coïncide bien avec celle qu’il a réservé. Si vous avez fait une erreur, le surclassement devrait être gratuit. J’ai réservé un 12 pieds, comme il y a eu erreur de date de reservation, on m’a donné un 17 au prix du 17 alors que j’aurai dû l’avoir au prix du 12.

La commis à la réception est stressé et impatiente. Elle en a trop pour elle, il me semble. Le commis dans la cour, celui qui fournis et installe l'équipement (une remorque), crie après le client et s'impatiente. Après deux demandes de ne pas crier, j'ai dû hurler pour qu'il comprenne ce que ça fait. Plutôt bizarre comme rencontre et lieu de commerce. Pas de patience et brusquerie envers les humains à ce commerce de location de véhicules et de remorques. Chacun son choix de culture d'entreprise. De plus, J'ai pris connaissance de l'état de non fonctionnement des courroies sur le diable loué pendant son utilisation : - l'une des courroies étaient manquante - l'autre était coincée Résultat, nez de marches égratignées lors des manœuvres de déménagement dans les escaliers. Il serait raisonnable de me rembourser les frais de location du diable. Merci d'accueillir
