not charge someone for something that was turned in the same day that it was rented..! I was charge late fees and extra days for a rental that I did not have in my possession!!? and UHAUL charged my account 765$ dollars, on top of my original rental price of 46$. Which means Uhaul Representatives "NEVER" did the check in paperwork?? now I am being told that I have to wait 3-5 business days before UHAUL refunds my money, since they put it on a hold??this is completely absurd, and not right!! I needed this money to pay my bills and now I can not due to UHAUL's employees not doing their job the right way, an the lack of responsibility of this stores managers, for how they do the check ins? also when I called the 888# the customer service "Traffic controllers" could NOT get ahold of anyone at this location..
It is a busy shop but in a great location. Wonderful selection of moving needs and they always have a truck available.

I was charge additional for an extra day when the truck was return on mobile app. My bank statement shown two charges which tells me that the mobile apps charge me for the return and the store also charge me for the return. I was double charge and will seek for refund.
The service was excellent. I was taken care of very quickly and the staff was polite. The place was clean and the process was smooth and easy. I was out of there in less than 10mins.
Associates are inconsistent with their procedures. Racial profiling happens only to my husband when I'm not with him by some of the associates there. It also is really frustrating that some associates are quick, efficient and don't waste time while others take 15 minutes just to check me in and another 15-20 mins just to hook on the trailer. I would only recommend the location because it's convenient but the employees come to work because it's a job not because they want to help customers.

Get your act together!!! I went on your website and reserved a truck on Aaugust 19 for an Oct 1 pickup, at one of the many Roseville locations near my home (5 monute drive). About 3-4 days before the picdk up you sent me an e-mail telling me that I had to drive to Lincoln to pick up my rental (30-40 minutes away). So, after a $55.00+ Uber drive I arrive at your location to be informed that the owner of the place had no idea I was coming, and that he did not have any truck for me to rent. Fortunatey, the Uber driver had waited for me to bring me home, otherwise I might still be out there it is so far off the beaten path!!! In the meantime, my wife gets on the phone with U-Haul anad eventually you guys find a smaller truck that we can rent that is another 45 minute drive away. Instead of offeriung to bring the truck to one of the many Roseville locations near me, (which wiould have been the right thing to do for any customer focused company) I have to drive to Natomas to pick up the truck. The people who worked there were very nice, and about 5 hours after I was originally supposed to start loading the truck, we began. This is what happens when a company has near monopolistic power and no customer focuse! You are terrible! Overall I would rate you as a -0- on a scale of 1-10!!. I doubt that you will post this review for other people to read what a terrible company you are!!

Pick up and drop off was very easy. Staff was quick to get me out the door and the 24 hr drop off was excellent.

Our UHaul experience was a disaster until we were lucky to find Reannon Hall at this location who made the extra effort to take care of us and find a trailer. The head office was utterly useless, and the 65th St and El Camino locations were useless and heartless in their comments and attitude. At every turn we were treated like we were the problem, even though we had booked the trailer weeks ahead. In trying to arrange to get a hitch, one person from the El Camino location was irrationally cruel, telling us that there were no hitches anywhere and that it wasn't her job to deal with it. On our own, we located a hitch from a different company. UHaul is supposed to be the expert in this kind of travel and is supposed to care about customer service, yet we didn't experience any of this until we met Reannon Hall, who had to make extra efforts to get us a trailer. UHaul needs to change their business model if they aren't able to satisfy a reservation made weeks ahead, and if they aren't able to staff their locations with people who consistently deliver quality customer service, and know how to deal with stressed out customers. By definition we are stressed out as moving is one of the most stressful activities in life. Reannon Hall deserves a medal! On our long and difficult trip home we kept saying how grateful we were for her effectiveness and her professional care for us.

I've already submitted a claim for this. I opted for the self/online check-in so I could arrive promptly at 9 am to get my moving truck and be on my way as we had a huge day. Followed the process as directed only to find we couldn't find the key in the back of the truck. I had issues with the online process initially but the online assistant helped out. Once we got to the point where we had no key I had to go inside, which I was trying to avoid due to COVID and time restrictions. The line up was massive. By the time I was helped, I informed them that I had requested the online check-out and asked why my key was inside? Doesn't that defeat the purpose? I was told...the system just doesn't talk to us. They didn't care at all that I was now 90 minutes into my scheduled reservation time. By the time I returned, it was an after hours check-in and I was charged for 2 booking periods. I'm so unhappy with this situation and want a refund of one of the booking periods for both the moving blankets and the truck.

The windshield was very dirty as I had to pull into a near by gas station to clean it. The drivers seat could not be adjusted as it was broken. It was kind of dangerous driving with the seat so far away from the pedals. When I returned the truck and complained the lady said "there was noting she could do". You will need an inspection at this site. Dr Jim
