The staff on duty told me I wasn't supposed to drop it off at that location even though I explained U-haul had specifically given me that location.She had a terrible attitude.

I needed a trailer for about 28 hours. Had no option but two days. So I paid for 20 hours I didn't need. I say increase the late fees to make up the money when people are unreliable. And give more options for us people that plan to pay for only what we need.

This has nothing to do with Mills Station. That location was excellent! The team there is exceptional. The call center, on the other hand, needs some work. I was sent to one location to get my trailer hitch installed when there wasn't an available appointment time. When I arrived, the store was locked, but someone on a fork lift helped us out. He was able to send us to another location in Roseville. This location was helpful and courteous.

I initially rented moving blankets but then called to ask if I can purchase them. I was charged the rental fee plus the purchase fee even though I called and they said I could purchase them for $6 each. That is really expensive and being charged twice is not good.

You need to check equipment better and train your employee's better on asking the customer about the equipment they are renting because they gave me the wrong equipment and messed my car up

Was not told about the $80 charge and that what was not use would be refunded. Customer service was poor in this location. One employee made it a point to only talk and deal with my boyfriend even though I had the paperwork and rented the truck

When I arrived there was 1 person behind the counter helping customers along with running to grab their uhaul vehicle. This in my opinion is very disturbing and frustrating for customers, when there are multiple customers waiting in line. Finally a 2nd person arrived and helped out, which speed up the process. Overall, there should never be only one person behind the counter doing all the work by themselves.

The whole experience was a Nightmare to be blunt, I feel i was deceived by being told i could pick up the truck where i lived and then told at the VERY LAST moment i had to travel miles away the same day to get the truck. And i was told it was a certain length when it was not. This happened twice to me. Then i found out that the location just a block away from me NEVER HAS A TWENTY FOOT TRUCK AVAILABLE AFTER THE FACT! The person to help me did NOT and told me to take the bus or transit to go get my truck and would not help with having anybody deliver it to my location, RUDE. I have talked to other people and they said they had the same problems with UHAUL, I would have used another moving truck but it was too late in the game and i would have been locked out of my house if i did not get out so i had to call up a friend to bale me out of a stinking situation Uhaul had created and would NOT fix regardless and i would have sued them if i had to pay the consequences of a lock out. It was only because of my own expense and friend that got me on the road and moving out. They have it RIGED for them and not for the customer so they DONT have to do any work other than punch some computer buttons and make a pay check at your expense and frustration, Very POOR service and all for them not for you. Your have to eat it or else suffer the consequences of there lazy rigged system. It was a night mare to say the least and i had to go over the Donner Summett in the Winter this made no difference to them at all, tooo bad!! Then to top it off i was told that by paying with cash i would get my cash refund, guess what, NOPE no go on that either, and i needed it badly to pay for food etc and a flat tire on my car i towed. I had to wait for them to credit it to me only with an approval from my bank, go Figure that one too!! Yep a night mare of a move. Never again will i use them. THE END.

Truck seemed somewhat clean when I picked it up. However, later, I dropped the key under the seat - yuk! There were cigarets under there, used tissues, old news papers, etc.

Picked truck up, drove to my destination and at that point realized there was a lock on the the loading deck door. had to wait over one hour, in the rain (outdoors), while I and my wife got soaking wet along with all the stuff we were supposed to load while we waited for roadside assistance. When we finally got back to the Uhaul store (drop-off) the representative there said the key to the lock was on the ignition key ring (how am I supposed to know that and why was it locked in the first place, and why wasn't I told that at pick-up?). When I told the representative what had happened he showed no remorse, and, so it seemed to me, he couldn't wait to get me out of there. All-in-all not a good experience. When I called the phone number on the rental agreement I was put through to the call center; I thought I was calling the local dealer. If my call had gone to the local dealer they could have told me the key was on the ignition key ring. Instead the call center hooked me up with roadside assistance. If the call had gone to the local dealer it would have saved me over an hour, wouldn't have gotten everything wet and you wouldn't have a bill to pay to roadside contractor. It would be nice to get some sort of compensation for this negligent situation.
