First of all sales person was great!!! But was very disappointed with the bait and switch pricing. It says $29 on the truck. To take my fridge home was 17 miles and costed $148. I went 1 more mile and you charged me another .47 cents more...

I was charged for an extra day because they didn't inventory their equipment correctly . Picked up a trailer on Tuesday in Madison for 7 day rental and returned it on Monday... apparently that's more than 7 days! I called and no one is helping me with the extra charge. Still waiting and would love to hear from them! Dropped off on mills street in Sacramento and the person took it off my car but apparently that's not good enough for anyone to remember me dropping it off at 10 am on Monday. Will not ever rent again and will never recommend. Look forward to hearing from somebody soon. Will be waiting by the phone for them to call back "within the hour"

website indicated I would receive a call day before to confirm time of pick up. I did not get a call. I called day of and was told location for pick up had changed... by about 10 miles. I would not had been aware of this. Attendant at location was not very helpful.. did not review how to hook up trailer, or any safety info.. deposit requirement not explained well.. He called my emergency contact to verify... What the heck is that about? I had to keep asking questions to get needed info (how do i hook it up, was the tire pressure checked, can we test the lights, etc). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND uhaul.

Drastically undermanned! Wait time is over 20 minutes! Left my SUV at this location and someone sideswiped my vehicle. Although they have 12 POV camera angles only the manager can view the footage. Female employee was overwhelmed at 4:30-6 pm. That’s how long I was there after turning in the 10’ truck I rented. They gave me one without a ramp! Not good for heavy furniture.

Wait times are entirely too long and unnecessary and most likley due to to inexperience and 'not-my-job' syndrome. One person who didn't know the computer system was left to try and figure out how to help three customers which took over an hour...twice: Once when I picked up a trailer and again when I dropped it off when done. Someone in the lot said they let let someone know inside I was there and they would be out in a moment (they were the person outside). After 20 minutes I back the trailer into the spot I picked it up from wheile the man outside watched and smoked a cigarette. I unhitched it myself, pulled the truck away and parked, and went inside and waited another 40 minutes with a total of three people waiting, one employee assisting, one employee polishing the floor while the second assistance booth remained open. Once done with customer #1, customer #2 said to me to go ahead as theirs qwould be a long time given they both wanted to rent a trailer and storage space, and I said after an hour 'all I want to do is tell you I'm returning the trailer, I've parked it myself already and unhitched. They took my name and phone # and said they could close out the ticket later. I will not likely return to this U-Haul location.

This Uhaul location is way understaffed. I had to wait 30 minutes in line to pick up the van I booked online. The other customers behind me were upset too. There were only two staff members available to help. Come Uhaul, you can do better than this.

vehicle I reserved wasn't available when I went in to pick it up. ended up needing extra trip and keeping an extra day because of the smaller truck. manager said charge me full price and I can dispute it. very poor customer service. I will never rent from this location again. will never recommend this location to anyone. I'll be surprised if I rent from uhaul again.

I would like some to call me someone try to make a charge for 280 . No one ever told my husband that there was going to be a charge of that amount for taking to different location .

The gas was off on the truck when I rented it. Paper stated one level and the attendant found and revised it. So first off the gas in the truck was wrong. I did my best to match what the attendant was going to change the paperwork to say. When I returned the truck I used the gas gage gallon illustration to restore the truck the fuel level described to me. That same attendant said the gas was a little off and charged me a 14+ dollar fine. For a guess that is was less than a 1/16th off. Poor customer service. Will not use again. Will not reccomed. I think this is some kind of scam to get more money.

The first attendant signed me in for 22 hours, probably should have been 24 as it was my intention for have the vehicle no less than 24 hours. Overall, a clean, efficient shop. Female rep was very professional.

Ive never been treated so poorly in my life buy a company that wants to do business with me. The staff is treated me terribly they've overcharged my account and are objecting to panic me back they have my storage locker on hold not allowing me to go in it because I filed a claim against them because they were charged my account and cost me $700 in overdraft fees this is totally uncalled for and I plan to take whatever steps necessary to get my money back I do not recommend doing business with U-Haul

The customer service here is terrible. After waiting about 20 mins when the rep was on the phone, he then called me over to help. From there things go worst. All I wanted to do was rent a van but apparently in order to do so I had to give them an emergency contact so I reluctantly gave my wife’s number. He proceedes to call her on the spot and when she answers he says “are you the emergency contact for Erskine Bonilla” almost giving my wife a heath attack. As if not inconvenienced enough, since I didn’t want to pay an extra $10 for insurance coverage especially since my credit card company provides it for me. The uhaul guy said I had to call my credit card company so that they could verify that they do in fact cover insurance. Are you kidding me. Now I’m waiting 10 more minutes explaining to the credit card company what uhaul is requesting. After they verify insurance then I get the van, 35 minutes later. Oh, and now I’m getting doubled charged? So I had to call customer service to get it fixed, hopefully I won’t have to call back.
