The manager of the location(a woman) was extremely rude and yelled at me several times. I received the truck open up the back to inspect it. It was full of dirt and debris. I had a very tight schedule to make and I was there early to get the truck. I went back in to the shop talked to the manager said that the truck was dirty. Can we get it clean please, I had a tight schedule . She was rude yelled at me. Said I would have to wait. She refused to pick up the phone just to call the yard man to blow it out and clean out the back so I cleaned the back out myself and the yard man came over and I was cleaning it and was nice enough to take blow out the back of it help me clean it, he noted that the manager was rude and should’ve handled it. Manager did not care that I was there early and had a tight schedule to make and making me wait to get a vehicle cleaned out that should’ve been already cleaned out when I rented it. That is the point. And there’s no reason to ever be rude and yell at a customer ever .

The way she spoke to her employee in the presence of customers, as well as the way that she spoke to the delivery driver in the presence of customers was alarming. The way she addressed me upon returning the vehicle left me baffled. I already called customer service and made a complaint. What I didn’t like was roughly an hour later the general manager is calling me because she seen the notes on the file. My professionalism wouldn’t even allow me to speak to her because I was still baffled. The general manager at this location needs training. She was rude and had an attitude. I get it there are busy days, but no matter how busy you are you should be treating everybody with respect!

I couldn't find it, upon going back into the store. I asked if he could assist me finding it. The representative seems like he didn't want to. not only was the equipment dirty, the tire was partially flat with a cut to the side wall tire, upon arrival returning the equipment the other representative that was working I had informed the problem about the tire. The representative mentioned so its not not we can every thing, il never rent equipment from this location ever again I believe I should get a partial refund for the dirty equipment and the tire issue

I would most definitely suggest clearing out the Bluetooth info that customers may forget to Delete after programming. I noticed when I cleared out my phone information as well as the other customers. Their phone number was still programmed in the Bluetooth setting. Thanks guys!

Why I say it is not well maintained: The large automatic door with no threshold plate closest to my unit was almost always "broken". Made it difficult to get in and out physically, and twice had to wait for an available staff person to open the garage doors. I didn't like that I couldn't just get in and out without having to find someone.

Max with mileage and rental. $19.99 pick up truck. 0.79 a mile went 27 miles Total amount no more then $60 including gas When I return the vehicle at the location thank God my card declined because they tried to charge me $155. The workers indicated I went 100 miles then when I got into the office they said I used 200 miles no one believe me until I stood my ground and made Jennifer, which is the owner as it states on her badge. Look up the last three customers calculate their previous miles, because something is not right! she was so rude indicating scenarios that someone must’ve took my keys and ran up 200 miles and it was my problem not hers… which was an insult because I live & take care of my elderly mother which is 69 years old and she’s a hospice patient with dementia, and cannot walk. I felt like I was being prosecuted against a crime I did not commit. This was the worst experience I felt since I found out my mom’s condition. Which I’ve moved across the continent to take full responsibility of, She indicated she’s a professional, and she never get things wrong when it comes to calculation and paperwork within the system. If I wouldn’t have stood my grounds, I would’ve felt used, robbed and abused right before my eyes she profiled me I can’t explain the emotional roller coaster in regards to proving my innocence. She was so firm and aggressive in regards to that store location never making manual mistakes. She also threatened to send this bill to collections because in her mind, she never make mistakes, after sitting for about 30-40minutes after bashing me and accusing me, as well as dehumanizing me in front of customers & coworkers she had made a phone call, she asked for mileages They gave her the mileage of the truck that I rented which came out to be 375miles On the thermometer she calculated the mileages In which the miles on my returned rental said 354 miles (note) the mileages that I use was way under the amount from the previous customer used which indicated whoever typed in the information typed it in incorrect before I got a chance to rent out the vehicle. After she notice the incorrect, she still was rude about it after the fact that I was tearing up out of frustration, I felt Accused of a crime that I did not commit and no matter how I feel she was going to charge me that $155 and or send it to collections ! She also mentioned within a 20 minute timeframe, she use the vehicle for personal usage because the truck is new to the location, so the miles that was collected She used among her personal gain, and try to make me pay for the mages that she used!!! I was kind enough to fill up the tank even when the vehicle They had given me had no fuel. The fact that she was SO firm in regards to never making mistakes, I asked her who manually typed in the information prior to renting the vehicle out to me all along. It had her name on it. After Repeatedly stating I don’t never make mistakes,! The fact that she didn’t apologize to me made me feel like she does this frequently robbing people under the table and the fact that she was the owner made it loud and clear this is a ongoing repeatedly behavior that they commit so customers please be aware! She dehumanize me in front of her coworkers and customers as far beyond disrespectful… No professional class & are modern day pirates! People I encourage you to take photo pictures of the mileage gauge as well as doing your walk around. No one indicated I had to go online to do a walk around the gentleman just stated to pick the key out of the box and gave me the code and paperwork. They did not make it clear that you have to download the app and do a digital walk around before driving off. She also stated rudely and aggressively. That’s my fault because I didn’t do a digital check in & I was fully responsible and it’s my fault because of that. (Note) the gentleman that helped me is fairly new to the company because he kept asking her questions in regards to the protocols and how to check out vehicles, which was fairly OK However, she personally gain leverage of knowing that there will be errors because of a new hire and yet she still prosecutes and unnecessarily charges customers for their mistakes!!!!! The look on her face was priceless when she realized that the mistake was on her behalf. Her last ending words don’t take it personal and your persistence.. Was presenting out of her mouth as I began to thank her for taking the time and patience, and getting down to the bottom of it, expressing to her how dehumiliating and abused I felt…. I would NOT come here. I could just imagine all the other people that have became victims because of her train of thought in regards to never making mistakes….

It was very apparent that the movers were not experienced enough to load the boxes properly resulting in so much stress and confusion! They handled the problem professionally and I am VERY pleased with his ability to be compassionate and helpful in a bad situation! The manager at the U Haul storage facility was very kind and worked with me regarding the move from the unboxes into a storage space in her facility! This lady (named Ariella because I finally asked the employee trying to help us to write her name down) was rude, so rude that my adult children and myself were uncomfortable. We shouldn't have to listen to an employee leave an approximately three-minute-long rude voicemail talking completely down to someone about parking in the wrong spot at the facility. Meanwhile, the gal named Lya was trying her best to keep peace in the office and got to a spot where she needed assistance with our storage. This went on for quite a while in which another customer came in and was "snapped" in rude tones saying to her that she was busy and would help her when she was finished. This was fine, however, the tone used was extremely rude, not to mention this lady had still not helped our situation and by now it was 6:00 pm and the facility was to close at 7:00 pm. Lya asked for assistance again from Ariella and was told to wait (despite the fact that we should have been done and on our way) - we were not a priority. Lya asked if we could start unloading the uhaul while waiting and Ariella snapped - NO not if the order isn't complete. At this point, Ariella was just sitting there and Lya got frustrated and had to leave the office to try and call the store manager for help with our storage. We were further disgusted when Ariella got up from behind the desk (still not helping us) and scuffed at my 26-year-old daughter with an attitude. NOT OK! We had just spent three days on the road and to be treated like this was awful. By the time it got figured out, the time was 6:30 pm and Lya quickly opened the large door so we could unload by 7:00 pm. Next thing I knew was Ariella came stomping out with an attitude for NO REASON and stated - JUST SO YOU KNOW I AM CLOSING THAT AT 6:45 pm. At this point, I wanted to lose my mind on this woman, but luckily my focus was on getting as much of the Uhaul in 15 minutes as we could. First, I would like to say that even my 21-year-old son stated that it was a good thing that Lya was there trying her best to put out fires because I would have not gone as well for Ariella. Secondly, we will be getting a different storage unit in the near future and not recommending the facility. Thirdly, we were there when the call came in that this Ariella actually had left the horrendous phone call erroneously. I could go on but will say lastly that this experience was supposed to be pleasant and it wasn't. After she had the nerve to stall our interactions, we had to wait until after it was locked at 7:00 pm for another 15 minutes for the alarm to set. In the meantime, two other customers tried to come to the facility to drop off stuff in their storage and were turned away. The sign says 24-hour access, but that is not entirely true. Overall, WORST experience with Uhaul, and we will not use it again. With that being said, this employee Lya deserves a medal as she held it together incredibly well.

My car was damaged on the property due to negligence on uhaul's part. I paid for car storage and after 5 weeks of being away I came back to a big dent in the top of my car. It was obviously from something being dropped on it. Uhaul has been doing work under the awing that my car my under and never made sure the contractors were using protection for people's cars in case something was dropped. They honestly didn't care about the damage and said they weren't responsible for it since they say you rent here at your own risk. They have also had break ins into RVs. I would NOT leave your vehicle here.

Uhaul management did not reach out to me to inform me if the re-occuring break-ins. Never received apology from Uhaul. Had to call the police myself to have them come out to investigate the break-ins. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY TO STORE YOUR RV/TRAILER. CHECK OUT REVIEWS AND PICTURES ON YELP.

STEPHEN MILLER | Overall ExperienceStaff were always very polite and friendly. The facility, however, has extremely poor security and is an easy target for break-ins. Our RV trailer was vandalized twice while stored at the facility, as was all the neighboring RV trailers next to us. The last vandalism to the trailers was extreme. When reported, the staff gave us insurance pamphlets and said they were sorry, and said that it's a problem at that facility. No improvements were ever made, so we really had no choice but to leave.

What upset us the most was the fact that none of the employees thought to notify us. We were very fortunate however as ours was one of the smaller ones soother units were more desirable to sleep and eat food in. We did lose some possessions. When we finally heard from the manager in charge, she was very nice. We no longer have our RV there. This seems to be problematic at other storage facilities that are close to Folsom Blvd and the railroad tracks.

I know that probably isn't their job but it would seem like a basic courtesy. I asked my parents to check on the vehicle and that is when I found out. Not really sure what I was paying for to be honest. Unless you are storing your car there to abandon it, I would not reccomemnd you use that storage facility.

The offer of a month free storage is a big big big plus factor that I am truly grateful for. Uhaul is a one stop shop everything is in here coupled with Paul who assisted us all throughout. Maybe not having vehicles right next to the fences so people could easily climb over might help. Or higher fences. The staff was amazing and did everything they could to help.

The same person is moving trucks in the parking lot, installing hitches on cars, checking people into new storage units and selling merchandise in the store. Seems like a lot for one person at a time and I doubt they're making enough money to compensate. Please take care of your employees!
