Well, I had issues with everyone else when your system went down. I went to pick up a truck on Sunday, no can do. Had to do it on Monday. I understand those issues, but, there should have been a paper backup procedure just in case so people who schedule to pick up or drop-off could do so. Not happy about that. Most companies have a paper backup procedure in place just in case these things happen. So, just a suggestion. Have one in place just in case this happens again.Timothy E.

The only issue i had with the truck was there seemed to be no power at all. Ive used Uhaul alot of times. The truck i had just had no get up and go. I even got off the freeway because of it. The trailer door and hitch was not in great condition. The door jammed several times, and it took a lot to get it down. The coupler also jammed up, and I was unable to unhook the trailer. Due to the many of issues I had, I spent hours just trying to get the trailer to function as needed.
