The mileage was wrong and uhaul is trying to charge me for extra mileage. This should be automatically monitored so that human error does not cause customers to have to deal with this. I am not paying the overage charge. I drove well under the allowed mileage!

Environment is unsecured. Many homeless people sleeping next to u-haul vehicles. I felt unsafe just picking up and waiting in my car. Also I had a reserved time for 4:00. Trailer was not available till 4:30. Owner wouldn't honer the $50 guarantee pick up time.
