The terminals to check out weren't working so the cashier had to do it manually herself which was fine but certainly slowed things for the long line behind me. Overall good experience from all that workers there that morning! Very friendly!

I drove the 26FT GMC Truck and that was the nicest truck to drive. Easy to handle and the gas was ok for the size and the weight of the vehicle. But the maneuverability of the truck was excellent. When we arrive there were no parking spaces and no sign saying " picking up a trailer" showing us where to go. Hence we had to park a long way away and walk to office then walk back etc etc

The truck was dirty and smelled like an old ashtray. The customer service was terrible. Upon pick up, they neglected to put the packing blankets I bought in the truck as I was told they had. Upon drop-off, the counter was severely understaffed. 5 of us that had arrived aboiut the same time stood in line for nearly ten minutes while one person worked at the counter and other employees came and went from the back without helping any of us.

My truck had a water leak from pick up. I had to fill with water the whole time I had the truck. An apology or offer of compensation on return would of been a nice gesture for not letting the truck overheat and cause more issues

I answered no to "clean and well maintained" due to the truck headlights not being properly adjusted. The low beams shined almost straight down and it was difficult to drive at night. For anyone driving a truck at night, such as I was, this was a significant, dangerous issue.

I reserved a truck to be picked up at 9:00 a.m. Saturday. I showed up at 8:00 a.m. I waited until 11:00 a.m. because U-Haul's computer system was down and there was only one worker. So I had no choice but to leave without a truck and the four workers I hired did not work and I had to pay them anyway. I came back to U-Haul's on Sunday and again their computer system was down. So, I had register from my own cell phone. There were over 30 people in line with children, dogs and a lot of chaos on that Saturday. I will never ever rent from U-Haul again.

I rented from the above location almost three weeks in a row. Each time I got the exact same 5x9 trailer w/ramp. Ramp was covered in what smelled like pig/cow feces from the first time through the last time. I gave up reporting it to receiving staff. Front office handled each transaction fairly well. HOWEVER! Your call center people really upset me this last time. Check your records - you'll see that there was an erroneous reservation that I luckily caught when a confirmation email/text was sent to me. It reflected a pickup in Connecticut! My reservation was for the same location in Roseville! When I called to fix said error, your recording of this transaction will show that I was bounced around and finally told after almost 40 minutes that there was no trailer for me to rent in Roseville! I called back to make a 'new' reservation and was successful - this was within minutes of being told there was NOTHING available! The Roseville employee said the lot was FULL of trailers! I almost went with another business. Fix your call center attitude!

The computer systems were down for a second time and the wait to pick up your truck was 2 hours. Other than the wait the employees were great and did the best they could considering the circumstances

Renting the U-Haul was not the problem. The problem came when I tried to return the U-Haul and they tried to charge for an additional 275 miles. I showed them my contract and was told the contract was wrong. After driving over 20 hours in 2 days I was exhausted and the young man did not understand the written contract. Then he went to do the math. He could not multiply! I pulled out my calculator and demonstrated how he should multiply the excess miles by $.29. He couldn't do it, and insisted my number was incorrect even though I demonstrated step by step. Finally I told him I was exhausted and my "mean streak" was a fraction of an inch from surfacing. I was leaving. I did.

The computers were down upon arrival and i had to wait 60 minutes to receive the truck I reserved. If I had been notified prior to going to this location I would of made other arrangements for a truck rental. In the future you should email customers if there is a problem with your systems. Also while standung in line numerous customers reservations were cancelled.

There was a backup at the office - I was 6th in line when I arrived. I heard there was a computer glitch but don't know for sure. What did work really well was making my reservation, and doing the online paperwork before arriving. Once I reached the counter, things zip right along - in 2 minutes I was out getting my utility trailer.

The gentlemen who connected the trailer to my vehicle was thorough, professional, competent, and courteous. He even replaced a blown fuse in my vehicle for me when he noticed one of the brake lights on the trailer wasn't working. Thank you!

The truck had to be jumped 2x and we called to complain and they asked if we needed assistance and and said no because they said it would be 2-3 hours. So I had a neighbor help me jump the battery.
