Truck rented was received with an empty gas tank. I was told it was last truck available and if I brought it back with 1/4 tank I would receive a $30 credit. 1/4 tank of gas cost approximately $45, when I returned truck I asked about the difference of gas credit and actual cost of the gas and employee said there was nothing they could do about it. Poor customer service, equipment and I feel I got ripped off on the cost of the gas!RYAN L.

Arrived around 7:30am, line was 5/7 deep and did not move for nearly 45 minutes. Trucks had be siphoned and reservations weren't mattering for these people. Also someone was holding up the line for their friend who was coming because he needed a copy of his license...and seriously they did NOT move on to anyone, just stood there...while this huge line was just sitting still, anyways. No, I would not recommend. Really unprofessional staff.Alexandria G.

Wait time was less than usual this time. I requested my rental which I understood was a 24 hour rental to be till 5 the same day and they listed it till 3:00 pm and told me to call if I needed it longer. I tried calling and voice message said it would be a 20 minute wait time so I hung up and kept working on project. Got it back by 5 and had a long line of truck returns coming in ahead of me, but I drove in and dropped the trailer where I had picked it up from and the lot guy was there in seconds to check me in and I was on my way.WILLIAM F.
For some reason our pickup site was changes without us realizing it. Was corrected when we arrived at the desired location. People were friendly and efficient. There should be a dedicate check in station to pick up if documents were completed online.DONNA M.
Staff were rude when we arrived to pick up the truck, and when we returned the truck ahead of schedule, staff were still on site. We attempted to return the keys, but they just looked at us through the glass and pointed to a drop box. Then they charged us a $20 after hours fee that was not described anywhere in my initial booking- we could have kept the truck til morning and returned it for no extra charge. We were just trying to be helpful by returning it early. I'm extremely disappointed and will never use this location again.ERIC R.
The person who helped us was just plain rude! I get it, we all have hard days, but when you work with people. Just have to get over it. I never say anything, and I actually said something to this person. My wife was there or I would have just left....BRET E.
Allow people to do one way moves. It was very difficult to have to pay for extra days just because we had to return it back to the original location. Uhaul needs to figure this out, it is especially hard for military folks. So please make it easier at least for them.Amberly W.

While I may recommend this site I will always tell people the employee that helped me was not friendly at all from the time I entered the store to the time of hook up but the manager stepped in while attaching the trailer and the manager was very personable.KEVIN L.
