Online check in was not working, I wasted an hour of my rental time just waiting on hold with customer service and eventually the store opened up so I checked in at the register. People at the front were in no hurry to help anyone and one was obviously hungover. Complete waste of my time.ADRIAN T.

Its contradictory when returning equipment. The sign at the equipment return spot says to remain in the vehicle and wait for an attendant during business hours. The mobile communication encourages to return it via online. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for an attendant I proceeded to return it using my mobile device. Next time I will not wait for an attendant in spite of what the sign says. The mobile experience is excellent minus the sign's instructions.Jeffrey V.

The location and staff itself were nice and helpful. I originally had pick up set for the rancho Cordova location and they transferred me here to Roseville. I was set to pick up my uhaul at 7 am. When I went to pick it up using my mobile device I checked in and was told I had to wait until opening at 9 to pick up even though my scheduled time was still saying 7am. This was a HUGE set back as it was move out day for us and we had a 6 hour ride ahead of us after packing up. We were the first ones in the store at 9am opening and didn't get to leave with the vehicle until 10am. The Rancho Cordova location didn't transfer information of payment to Roseville location. Luckily I had a bank statement available with me to show my proof of payment. Over all I am extremely upset with my experience with Uhaul.AUSTIN S.

Clearly show how much extra someone pays when they go over their mileage. I looked through my contract that was an able to find it on my phone. Google said $.40 extra per mile. I was charged 1.09 a mile extra, which was a bit of a shock. Especially when I was bumped from a one way to a return to same place.Jason P.

I reserved a appliance dolly , because I have some big heavy objects to move. Upon arrival I was informed there out of them , there for this made my move difficult. No offer of substitutions, nothing , just were out. Extremely poor customer service!!!!Joe H.
Friendlier customer service representatives at the counter. Also to have the porter actually check the truck besides just toiling up and saying yup good to go. Gas was not at level indicated it was below, and hand dolly was detached. When trying to find the guy(porter) he was already gone. I understand the rush to get units out as fast a possible, but the lack of customer service and experience was that poor I had to give feedbackChristopher F.
I have used this location 4 times in the past and this is the first time I was asked and required to give another person a phone number and they called that person to verify that I was myself. This is on top of the normal I.D. of the CA driver's lic and a credit card that was used on the rental. What the heck if a person had the intention to steal a trailer after giving a CC and lic this will not stop them.ADRIAN L.
