Make sure the check engine light is off. It causes uneasiness as customers rent them out. All love. Overall I had a great experience. The staff was extremely helping and made renting quick and easy.

Although the locations were fine, the overall rental experience was not. I made my reservation online and was offered a discount if I chose an alternate drop off location, which I did. I did the online check in the night before and paid my total bill. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told I owed over $200. After some time messing with the computer he got it down to $90 couple dollars telling me I still owed. Although this was not right, it was over $60 more than I should have paid, I paid because at this point I had already been there for approx a half an hour. I contacted UHaul customer service that day and was told I would be credited back the overcharge, which as of this review still has not happened.
The whole crew was friendly and helpful.
The gentlemen who helped me was kind, personable and got me setup quickly. I loved being able to drop the trailer off 24 hours.
I picked up a trailer and I was told an associate would come out to help me and the associate that came out didn't know anything about hooking up the trailer at all! The female that eventually came out put the hooks on the trailer and she didn't give me the black rubbers that go over the hooks . I ask her for them and she told me they would be fine ! This is unexceptable on any level! I am a tractor trailer driver and I know the consequences of doing things half way! This trailer should have never left the yard without them rubbers!
a little slow on the inside, however i may have come at a bad time. i reserved a truck the day before so that The next day the process would be very simple I was limited on time hence the reason why I reserve the day before. I was in line for a good 30 minutes before I was helped. total process took about 15 minutes on the day I picked up the truck I would've liked it to of been about 5 to 10 minutes..

We requested 24/7 contact less pickup. Our key wasn't in a lockbox, but instead was inside the store that we couldn't access bc it didn't open for another hr. Then we had to wait in line for 45 minutes bc when I asked the lady at the desk if she could just hand me my key (since I had completed registration online) she told me no, I had to go through the whole process again so I had to wait like everyone else. When I got to the front after waiting a different guy told me I could have just "asked them for the key"
This is my preferred location. They always have what i need. They strive to give all a great experience and go beyond what they need for all their Customers. This place is what all Uhauls should strive to be like.
Have trailers that the lighting works on, fix the check in system so we can pickup and drop off easily, have the workers not smoke weed behind the shed while at work, all would be good starts..
Engine light was on, sun visor latch broken. Rubber around windows loose. Truck felt old and unclean. Rep said they were aware. Didn't really feel safe, but the truck worked as needed. Thought it was going to break down.
Pickup went well, the location is convenient to where I had to come from.
Im waiting to hear from the manager to call me since September ,29 tuesday you charge me for 3 times and I never even was able to leave your store w/no TRAILER!! corporate told me 48 hours from Tuesday @ 12:00 p.m that would have been yesterday @ noon. STILL WAITING!! 443-250-6670.
Loved the Rosedale location, but we had reserved a van in Philadelphia a while back. We received a day or two prior to move in and said there were no 15 ft trucks. Lease was up and we had no option but to drive it round trip, definitely not a convenient location for us but if there was such a shortage of 15-17ft why would your reservation system not pick this up? Appreciate the mileage exception, but still ended up costing us more.
Nothing. I had a check my truck it had a check engine light on. I notify the customer service representative and she place me in another uhaul rite away.
Malik handled my check out and check in process and was a pleasure at both points in the process!!!
