Check in process was brutal. I had to basically walk him through using his own system. Took almost a half hour to get checked in to pick up a simple cargo trailer.

I booked in one location at 2pm but was assigned to different location with new pick up time 4:45pm on the day I supposed to pick it up and I was informed only an hour before.Also the vehicle was not available in new location even at 4:45pm.

My guaranteed pickup location was changed 3 times. I had to drive 20 miles to the final pickup location. They then re-entered all of the rental information - not sure what the online reservation and check-in accomplishes.

Customer service representative. Was very misleading. If the equipment is based on 24 rental then don't rush a customer to get it back in within 6 hours. Cost me a second day rental because of his representation. I strongly do not recommend the Rogers Arkansas location. Other than the representative things went well.

Checked in online to speed the process up and still needed to spend 23 minutes working with the associate at store. Ridiculous. What is the purpose of your online check in process. In my mind, if I check in online I should be able to show up with a QR code or similar, go to a kiosk, and it should verify minimal information and tell me what’s my equipment number. When I returned, stood with associate for about 5 minutes for him to logon into his mobile and finally gave him my paperwork and said any issues call me. Terrible experience over a few visits. Need to streamline checkin process.

Well first off maintain your equient better. The tow dolly was not maintained well the straps were not in good repair they should have been replaced they were frayed.

This was my first time to rent a truck and I was dreading the hassle of it all. However, I can tell you that Gage and his crew in Rogers, Linda in the District Office and Tina in OKC all did a fabulous job making my experience so much better than what I expected. They were all so helpful, curtious and professional. The move itself went pretty well, however just couple suggestions. 1. If uHaul could figure some way to fit trucks with temporary electronic toll passes, that would be great. We had go through numerous toll roads demanding exact change. Who has that much change these days? 2. It took 3 people to pull the ramp out and put it back in it’s carrier. I was lucky to have another person but it was still a chore. Probably needs to be re-engineered.

The pickup location was nice and the employees were very professional and helpful. The problem is that it was about 30 minutes away from the location I requested. This added an hour to my already tight schedule. I'm not sure what is the point of requesting a pick-up location if you're just going to change it to a different (much less convenient) location. Very unhappy about this.
