They lost the van we rented in July and charged us for the mileage on it after it was returned. They also charged both our cards the same charge for everything and never put it back on our cards. The storage units were very good though.

She had me call when I was completely out, at that time she said she would get it looked at and closed out that day. Two days later my account was still open on the app. I called and it was taken care of. No other issues. Trailer rental last week went great.
