The people who I worked with were friendly and professional. My only complaint is that they lost my reservation. I ended up with a bigger unit that costs 50% more than originally planned. Luckily, I’m only storing my belongings for a few months. So, be careful that you’re reservation is final and that they have your proper name, address and phone number from the beginning. I believe a big part of my problem was due to me leasing a truck under my maiden name.

They have helped me out numerous times including after hours. They take care of the equipment they rent and never send you out in something questionable.
