Still renting storage there and have never had a problem. They have carts to help you get stuff in from parking lot to your unit, clean bathrooms and even a small free space for things you or others don’t want.

Tamara and Team were great! Were sent here because NAPA was not on their A Game as a Uhaul provider. Multiple customers were being diverted to the Uhaul hub further up the road. They were great and made every effort to take care of everyone. Helpful in answering any questions and making a really stressful time manageable. Will definitely be back in the future!

Pam E | Overall ExperienceOverall, the experience was good. Staff was very helpful but looked overworked. However, here are the issues we experienced 1. We booked a 10x15 on the (preferred) 1st floor. Not available so given a 5x10 and a separate 10x10 on the second floor (thankfully near the elevator) 2. Elevators - OH MY GOD!! They are the slowest i have EVER seen. EVER!!! and to only have ONE? Shame on you. Your staff was awesome, i even interacted with your maintenance tech, he got an earful though, ironically in the elevator. LOL! Take care, hope i didnt hurt any feelings, just a 60+ year old dad tired of moving (not done, im sure) kids. Make it easier please. Thanks for listening. Alfred Rodriguez
