How U-Haul Reviews WorkDon't give people a wrecked equipment Fender was brokin on the towdolly Light fell out, going down the road.Had to pull it with no lights, the place I picked it from didn't even make sure my lights were working before I left.Do not recommend then I was treated as if I did something wrong when the tellight fell out of a wrecked tow dolly thank goodness I made them take pictures of the damage before.I picked it up or I feel like they would have tried to stick me with it , not satisfied at all with this transaction
Chad pWe had to pickup there when requested location did not have the truck as promised. No problems, except truck had about one quarter of a tank of gas.

HANNAH FFriendly team, good experience. They went out of their way to get a car hauler to their location to go with my truck rental, as I was originally going to have to go to a 2nd location about 25 minutes away to pick it up. Be sure to ask about return time when you rent, and if you're getting two pieces of equipment for a one way rental like I did, ask that they both be assigned for return to the same location! I had to call the 800 number to get my return locations changed on both the truck and the car hauler to avoid two different drop off locations.
