Random rec , but…the concrete parking stoppers/bumps along the west side of the building could stand to be painted so that they stand out from the concrete parking lot. I have a visual deficit re: depth perception and didn't see the parking stopper and broke my toe. Even still, 5âï¸ : ) This was my first time to PU a “contactless†U-HAUL and the experience was seamless.

SulJaJ M.BTA was great and on top of things. I dropped the tow dolly off at their location in Terrell after hours, by the time I called the next morning I was already checked in and an email sent. ROCKWALL location was friendly and promptly checked me in. No complaints. A previous drop off point in Terrell would not let me drop off the tow dolly, but did direct me to BTA which was down the road
