very bad service the gas station employee didn't know how to operate the co operation computer. didn't given me any paperwork not before nor after. had itemes added to my rental. i have rented the truck only he had other itemes like blanket etc. he didn't know how to remove them from my bill .due to the fact that he know i didn't take any items. it took me forever to get out of there . i had to live not knowing what he will charge me. it was a horrible experience. and also uhaul blackmail me to pay a disputed item that i had from a year ago that i might add no one talk to me about it ever. i had to pay $55.00 before i can rent a truck. as a person who rent many times from you guys. I feel horrible.

I have used this loation efore and it was a problem then. They never can find my reservation even with the number, there is never the equipment that I add, and they will NEVER give a paper receipt. The person at the register told me that they never give a receipt but I can take a picture of it with my phone. I said to him, what about the paper work should I have to shoe it to the police? He said to show them my phone. THAT WAS THE ABSOLUTE LAST TIME THAT I WILL GO THERE!!!!

Uhaul was double parked when I arrived, took 30 minutes of my reservation to actually get U-Haul. When I was done and parked the U-Haul back at the location, I checked out on the app, and then attempted to return the key to the employee and he did not understand what to do and it took about another 30 minutes after returning the U-Haul to actually leave.

The only frustrating part was that there was 1 person at the register. He had to help people get gas, check out food items and help me at a different part of the store. So it took him a long time before he was able to break away as it is a very busy store.

I spent over 25mins to get the key to the truck because their was only one attendant for filling station and Uhaul. The time wastage is much. Please look into this aspect. Otherwise every other thing seems good.

When I drove up and entered the office and told the attendant I was there to drop off a truck, the first thing he told me was to go to another location. Really???? When I picked up the truck in NY, the attendant gave me a choice of locations that had space for me to drop off the truck, which this location was one of them. Only after I insisted on leaving the truck did the attendant acquiesce, but with major ATTITUDE. When he was moving the truck, he was so upset he hit a parked u-haul truck. After my two experiences I will be using another company. I can’t believe you want to be represented this way.

Every time we rent a truck in this gas station we need to wait more than have an hour as they are busy attending the customers for sodas, cigarettes, candies and etc, only 1 person do everything the guy was rude and offer really bad service on top of that the guy mark as the truck was with a 1/4 tank of gas and I show him that was low, he told me dont worry, at the time to pay they charge me almost $50 extra for 3 gallons of gas when I received almost empty, all the truck with broken glasses on all the floor and dirty They didn't give me any receipt or anything as proof of registration, only a picture of a paper

The agent refused to take my truck saying there was no room for my 10” truck, when clearly there was room to take three more trucks the same size. I had to call customer service but couldn’t get any help either. Eventually had to go back to plead with the agent to assist me since I came from out of State.

The person who helped me first did not know what he was doing. They charged me for insurance when I specifically told him I did not want insurance. They gave me the paper with an estimate amount I was going to pay at the end of the contract and I told him again at that point I did not want insurance and his response was that that was just an estimate and the final amount was going to be charged when I return the truck. When I came back to retun the truck someone else was there and also did not know what he was doing. He gave me the final amount including insurance, I explained my conversation with the first individual and he told me I chose insurance in the first place when I placed my order online. I’m not happy with the service provided today and very un satisfied with the over charge after telling the first individual I did not want insurance. This experience will make me think twice before even considering using the company in the future again.

Have filed complaint with uhaul because of such a horrible experience. We will never use uhaul again because complaint is also not being handled well since original report. We use uhaul a lot due to frequent moving and will not be using ever again.

I took a van with its dimensions in mind. When I started loading I realized both back wheels inside of the van take a significant amount of space, preventing me from loading all items that should normally fit. A warning in the space provided would help customers choose a more appropriate truck.

The manager is a nice guy who is training his employees to process the transaction. I hope the front desk will be able to process themselves so they don't need to call the manager.

My rental was not there when I arrived. It showed up 50 minutes late. There was no back up plan. The owner told me I had to call U Haul and get another truck somewhere else. This is not acceptable. Terrible customer support.

I left my bluetooth earpiece in the truck, and once I realized it I called them. They said they didn't see it, but I was welcome to stop by and check. Thankfully it was on my way, so I stopped by and found the earpiece right where I told them to check.

The rep helping us had to go back and forth between us and gas station customers. His internet was down so it took him 30 minutes to eventually call and find out that we had already used self service and all we needed were the keys. I also had to remind him that we ordered dolly’s.
