Cindy WThe drop off location gentleman seemed a little confused on what to do since a rock had cracked the windshield. I told him I purchased the SafeMove coverage which covered the windshield. He didn't seem to know that but eventually confirmed it with U-Haul. He was not a friendly person. Never made eye contact with me, and he mumbled with speaking.
