I had got to the location to 5 people sitting outside drinking and smoking the guy didn't know anything about a truck or trailer getting dropped and felt like I was getting scammed by crackheads so I returned the truck to where I got it from
Andrew J.The truck had a gas gauge that is not working properly. I am in the auto business and I could smell exhaust coming into the cab. When I stopped for gas the truck was 3+ quarts low on oil.
GEORGE B.Truck cab and box were dirty. I cleaned them. Folks at the Weston were friendly, but the check out took a while, even though I submitted all required documentation online. I was still asked for my driver's license at the locale; which defeats the purpose of online submission. The agent at the hotel was friendly but, It was not as simple as "picking up the key".
Robert M.The agent was never on site for pick up or drop off. The hotel front desk was able to check me out. He tried to call her, but she never answered. Plus my reservation location changed twice in a week. This location is not safe !
