Diva PMy Hold fee refund has NOT been submitted to account ?
LATIA SEverything was pretty seamless. Was my first time using U-HAUL, the online check in and out was a good feature and worked well. Easy process throughout. Only thing I did not like was that the truck was very low on gas. Had only 1/16th, 20 miles to empty but not a huge problem for me.

soohyung kI reserved a U-Haul three days before my pick up ,got to the place , and they had no trucks available , sent me to another place that had no trucks available as well , to he went to another place that finally had one that threw my move back hours because of this , made my day longer , my move was very stressful because of this delay truck that i had already reserved days before ! So i had to keep the truck longer because of this now they are trying to charge me for something that was out of my control , this experience was the worse ever with U-Haul
SHELIA MI was originally scheduled to pick up and drop off at a different location, but was called the day before my reservation and told the truck I reserved want returned. The truck I ended up with was not clean when I picked it up. The back had trash and cigarette butts all over the floor. The air did not work in the truck and the side mirror on the passenger side of the truck would not stay in place once you were driving down the road making it impossible to see anything behind you. The truck needed service as it is shifting very hard. Just not a good experience this time around. If I am ever rescheduled for this location again, I will cancel my reservation and go elsewhere.
Valerie AI made a rental reservation at a different location & I arrived promptly at 7am to pick up the vehicle, along with extras I had ordered (blankets & furniture mover). Apparently, my location was changed without notice. After driving to the Weston Hotel, I find out they don't open till 9am (not the 7am I reserved). Fortunately, they woke up the person and asked him to come in 20 min later. The truck did not have the blankets or furniture mover, which was a big disappointment. I wasn't charged, but I needed these to complete my move. I wasn't pleased that my pick-up location was changed without my awareness and that the vehicle wasn't prepared per my order.

yveett hI had got to the location to 5 people sitting outside drinking and smoking the guy didn't know anything about a truck or trailer getting dropped and felt like I was getting scammed by crackheads so I returned the truck to where I got it from
Andrew JThe truck had a gas gauge that is not working properly. I am in the auto business and I could smell exhaust coming into the cab. When I stopped for gas the truck was 3+ quarts low on oil.
GEORGE BTruck cab and box were dirty. I cleaned them. Folks at the Weston were friendly, but the check out took a while, even though I submitted all required documentation online. I was still asked for my driver's license at the locale; which defeats the purpose of online submission. The agent at the hotel was friendly but, It was not as simple as "picking up the key".
Robert MThe agent was never on site for pick up or drop off. The hotel front desk was able to check me out. He tried to call her, but she never answered. Plus my reservation location changed twice in a week. This location is not safe !
Tom BChecking in to get my trailer was an absolute breeze/ the lady was very friendly and treated me wonderfully. Returning the trailer took minimal time, the same lady checked my trailer in and processed my paperwork so swiftly that she could lead by example any day. A perfect rental experience and my best experience ever w Uhaiul and I have been using their services since 1989!
