I had no issues with Chamblees Services, he was quite professional and helpful. My Order Number is 93278507, Chamblees was not my original pick-up location. U-Haul changed it. U-Haul also contacted me to see if I could transport a car trailer, I agreed and made plans. The morning of pick-up I was contacted that "all offers had been filled" and there was now trailer available. On my day of pick-up and moving I had to make new plans for a car I was going to transport, another driver wasn't available until Friday. I don't understand why U-Haul made the offer then took it back at the last minute.

We use the trailer less than 24 hours and they still charge me for two days. I tried to reach out to the business. We got the U-Haul from went straight to voicemail. I left a message and he never called back. He did it on purpose and knows what he’s doing. Trying to get extra money cheap guy revoke his uhaul license.
Brandon WUpdate the Google address for Google maps to the correct lot. Was worried you were closed or I had the wrong address, which I did. Other than that, the service was superb.
