trailer has a water leak someplace. of the 3 like trailers on site 1 didn't have a truck trailer cord, another had the prongs of the truck trailer cord worn as if dragged on the road. positive experience. nice people to deal with.

The 26' truck we rented had several issues. The check engine light remained on while we had the truck and the power steering had some issues. Friendly office staff who were very helpful! Fix that truck!

They don't clean trucks out or check to see if they are clean. Food papers under front seat. Dirt and leaves in back. Radio didn't work at all. Vacuum leak in that blower stopped when you go up a hill and started blowing going downhill. Wipers skipped all 8 hours through the rain. They can't hook up vehicle transport and I don't know how to do it.

The Rental Agency, Walkers Auto Service, made an error in listing the beginning mileage of the truck. They must have mistook a "6" for a "0", and consequently we were charged an additional 60 miles instead of the approx 30 - 32 miles that we drove the truck over 2 days. We turned the truck in on Sunday afternoon, so I did not get to talk to them until 2 days later when they mailed me the completed rental ticket. I asked the agent to cross reference the beginning mileage with previous tickets, morning inventory of trucks, or something, but they refused, and said I had to call the 1-800 number to get this resolved. You need to contact me about this before I go to the BBB, and perhaps the Small Claims Court in York County, SC. My cell phone: 817-301-2657

The woman was a tad standoffish. The lights didn't work on the trailer so we had to fix them.

The person working was not very polite and lacked good customer service. I believe it was due to my arrival 5 minutes before closing, though I called to let them know I was on on my way and not to far. I was then overcharged for my rental, and she seemed to get more agitated when another customer came in to return a rental. I will not patronize this facility again.

I will not recommend this place.... why ... couse i rent one of the trucks and i make all the calculation and everything. I only spend 125 miles and they charge me for 160. I call them they say they will fix it and nothing happen.

Due to the nature of my circumstance U-Haul really came to the rescue. I just wish Ms. Sylvia was a little bit nicer instead of trying to rush off the phone b/c it was time for to leave today and telling me I could "do the math" on finding out the additional costs for the rental. Overall, the experience was good and if I have to move again I will use U-Haul but maybe not the same carrier. Thanks!

They charged me for insurance without telling me. I asked that it be removed before I paid and he said he couldn't. He said your company did it. I told him that no, his coworker Sylvia did. They also charged me for gas that was not necessary since the line was the same as when I got it.

the fuel estimate sheet reflected more fuel that was actually in in the truck. The truck was on E when I picked it up. I returned it above this level

The truck ran perfectly-I don't think it was as clean as it should of been. The people running it were not as friendly as I would of liked-I'd give them a C nothing too great and nothing toooo bad except for when I picked up the truck the gentleman told my drivers license was expired and it was not. His overall skills were a C just enough to get by. The people that run this particular U-Haul don't sell their business the name U-Haul does.
