My original reservation was for 5x8 trailer at this location. When I arrived there was no 5x8. Only a 6x12 was available so they cancelled my 5x8 and booked the 6x12 reluctantly; too much trailer. I was charged for the 6x12 instead of the 5x8. I thought the 5x8 price was guaranteed if I had to upgrade due to lack of availability.GILES C.

Truck was extremely dirty and was wrecked. I filled the gas back up to where it was when I picked it up, and was still charged a $15 gas fee because they said it was low. That is the second time this same location has charged me for gas after I filled it up to the same location as when I picked it up.Nathan F.

The elderly lady that works there, has no customer service skills. She acts as though you are bothering her when coming in to rent a Uhaul. This was my second time renting a vehicle from here and definitely the last time. The first time a few years ago it was someone else.CASSAUNDRA C.
My problem is with the U haul on line process. Couldn't get in to 24-7 pick up. Waited on the phone fir over an hour and no person picked up. The chat associate finally got me on line only to learn that I had no reservation, which I clearly did. Nice lady called two hours later wondering why I missed my pick up. She annotated my record and set me up fir in person pick up the next morning. I wasted four five hours in a tight schedule, had to reschedule my work. I am NIT a happy u haul customer. Front desk lady just didn't have great customer service. Didn't greet us (only ones in the store). So much awkward silence even though we greeted her. Didn't even try to help us understand why I had to get on the broken internet on my phone to upload an ID photo when she could just scan it herself. Your website made it seem like the online upload was optional. But it made it very frustrating, and she didn't explain or reassure at all.KAYLEE S.
This location's customer service was terrible. Before I had even got there to pick up my rental I called in to make sure everything was set. The man involved charge would not let me speak and hung up on me because I was asking questions about my reservation! I got there and had an issue with the quote I was given. He tells me I can call uhaul directly to see what can be done, so when I go to ask for the number he says â€œyou can't look it upâ€. While I'm on hold during the call, he proceeds to still ask for my card and ID to take payment. Uh hello!! We have a discrepancy here, why are you reaching for my card to take a payment?? This location is terrible!!debrai R.
(1) faulty wheel strap at the front of the trailer; had to tie my own strap in order for it to work; told the lady at the beginning of the trip and when I returned the trailer; was told that HQ was over those types of repair and they didn't seem to care.Keith H.

Yard with trucks and trailers organized and good inventory but the inside of the office is old, dark, and dirty. Old lady at the desk did not advise me about the on line return process and only instructed me to drop keys in box on return which created a stressful situation when I got home and read my texts and attempted to return my truck. Thankfully the young man at the call center took care of me and all was well. Loved the ease of using the 10' box van. It's the perfect size.MARILYN DIAN S.

Customer Service. When I requested help from the older woman sitting at the desk she rolled her eyes and stated â€œI guess I can helpâ€. It's unfortunate we have people in customer service roles who are annoyed in helping people who need it, especially when I'm giving them my business. Ensure that your system is accurate with what is actually on or in the vehicle. I was told that the truck was on full and that I needed to bring it back on full. The mileage was over already from what it said i was starting out at. So if you go here please CHECK everything and take pictures like i did. So on my return I filled it up just to find out that the truck wasn't on full when i got it. Yes I checked it before taking off, however the gauge could have been broken so i found out that it wasnt after i filled it up, and of course what they tell me? We can't do nothing about getting you your money back for the gas you put in. Ok so I'll call cooperate then.Cornelius D.
I have NEVER had someone be so mean to me. The lady in this office was so rude and down right hateful. I would hire a team of Alaskan sled dogs to drag me and my things around before I'd ever step foot in Walkers again! As far as the van goes, whatever they used to clean the windows was like wax. When sun came towards me I had to quickly and safely pull over and wipe the windshield so I could see.JYNIFER B.

No one at location to help with heavy trailer. It was also not chocked and rolled on my husband which pulled out his lower back when he had to stop the 1000+ lb trailer from rolling when he tried to lift it to put on his hitch. Because he pulled out his back he was unable to help us move and has been suffering for the past 3 weeksSteve H.

The woman that was at the drop off was very disrespectful and just hateful. We asked if she was going to do a walk around and she said no. She said I needed to bring the blankets in. I am 71 years old and couldn't do it. We did not sweep out the truck and she charged us 75 dollars where I was told before it would cost 25. She also had my daughter go out and get the odometer reading. My daughter did that and the woman hatefully said â€œ I said the odometer reading.â€My daughter who is 37 said that is the odometer we went back and forth and finally the woman said I guess I need to do some calculations. After that we left. Not a happy or calming experience.mary S.

The lady gave away my clean folded up cloths to the guy after me when I went to get the truck; and told me it didn't make a difference, and to grab the unpackaged ones on the other side. The 5x8 trailer was free of debris, but had significant stains on the walls. Otherwise it was clean. Had brand new tires and towed easily at up to 70 mph. Easy to connect to my truck's hitch. Plenty of parking room at Walker's Auto and easy to pull through the lot. Very efficient check-out and customer service.David W.
The man and woman who worked there were not very helpful. I was not shown the truck or how it worked. I had to get the supplies myself (no help) and I was by myself. I did not expect to not be helped at all. They first told me that they had to utility dolly though I had reserved one and only had 18 blankets (when I had reserved more). This is run by an older gentleman that seems to hate everyone. He comes in late. Takes his time setting up. Makes it clear that he has no respect for anyone. Has a big sign that tells you to turn off your cellphone. Even though it is required to use the app. He manually entered a drop off time 45 minutes earlier that the 48 hours. He also put in a mileage that was not possible to make. I did get these 2 things changed by calling U-Haul toll free number. But it was a 25 minute wait. The gentleman in change takes 2 phone calls before the first customer. He does not answer any questions or solve any problems for those 2 calls. He just tells them how busy he is and to call back in 30 minutes. I believe he does this just to intimidate the waiting customers. He could easily just ignore the phone calls since he has no intention of helping anyone. I could say so much more. If you get shafted into a pickup here, I would change it or go to a competitor.Tom J.

This location needs to hire employees who are able to assist with attaching trailers and detaching trailers. My experience at this location was so horrible I will probably never use UHaul again.
