Not well stocked with supplies, person connecting the trailer was not motivated, just went through the motions so I conducted a safety check at another Uhaul facility.
Rented a truck was charged 241.00dollars should have been 43.oo on drove 20 miles mixed up my account with someone else consumer services need to improve.

Remove the movers piece from Uhaul or at least hold them liable for their actions. I reserved movers to load and unload my Uhaul they never showed. Moving help was not helpful as they continually booked movers that did not show. I ended up having to keep the truck an extra day (a curtesy given to me by a great Uhaul rep) and finding two strangers to load and unload my Uhaul. Even though moving help never showed they still charged my card.
When we had rain on the trip, there was a leak on the inside near the passenger seatbelt.
It was a pleasure dealing with givings and the trailer pulled great.
I would have expected to be informed via web or Uhaul phone rep that I would need 1) a 2" ball hitch. and 2) to lift the actual trailer off my hitch at drop off. If my friend had not been with me, I would have been stranded at a Closed Uhaul drop off on a Sunday with no way to get the trailer off. Very major issues. + the local Uhaul location had my reservation wrong. Very frustrating experience overall.
The inside of cab was muddy and the back of the truck was dirty
It was convenient, when I first called to check in they were not friendly when I explained to them the website was down. However I got there BEFORE they closed and they checked me in and he was nicer in person! I was able to move furniture and bring the truck back within 2 hours! Nice location!
We drop uhaul off in York Sc and put gas back in but they taken extra money off my moms credit card
I was using the app to secure the truck. The wrong key was I. The lockbox. Luckily it was normal business hours so went into the office. The people in the office must have thought I was invisible, no greeting at all. Once I was given attention I was I don't have a reservation. I show the app and how far I advanced and the key. I was then told that's not the right key, which is what I told them at the start. I was then told the truck I was trying to get was not here even though it was right across the street. I asked Doug to come and see, his response was I can see right here on the computer. Doug proceeds to move his mouse but explain nothing. Another man pulls up in a car and apparently that is when Doug gets up and says, he caused the problem. He ignores me when I ask how this will be resolved as I had to leave. Doug finally achy that the truck is her but was not checked in and he got me now. Another 20 minutes later he explains that the person who returned the truck is going to get a $13000.00 mileage charge and he chuckled. I told Doug, he should call that customer and explore what happened. He said not my issue happened on the frontend. I assured him I would never use their location again. Never received an apology. This location is not an asset for U-Haul.
Trailer had lots of rust on the floorâ€”last person must have put rusty auto parts or something like that in the trailer. I did sweep it out myself and everything else went ok. Except for the Rental location charging me an extra $20 for a late fee. I brought back the trailer at 10:30 AM and my Invoice said that I had brought it back at 12:30. That is not trueâ€”in fact, the 2 people that run the location watched me disconnect the trailer from my vehicle at 10:30â€“a full 30 minutes before it was due. Please respond. It took me 45 minutes to get the key from lockbox. So much for picking up truck early!!!!!!! Terrible!!!!!!!!! Someone needs to actually go to pickup site and TRY to use the phone app!!!!!
Get the pot holes in the road leading to the facility fixed.
the location where i pick up in Rock hill offices there was so much smoke that i could not go in side ,i was coking on smoke. the truck was nasty smiled of smoke,smell was Honorable had to leave windows down all night to snick out ,it was dirty and very poor condition ,i so was worried it would not make on trip to my detestation. so at time i want to get bigger truck but was told that thy had no more available ,even tho there was two truck out side that looked better then the one thy gave me .The place i originality wast to pick up the truck ,did not have one available ! I had reserved like 3 weeks prier to my trip.
