The rental was only a live rental, the location is set only as a online. Calling the customer service also ended up in disaster. Three calls and the reservation became canceled. Not picked up! This evaluation is not so much about the pickup location, uhual, the reservation process, the app and the local customer service. All of it failed and this was a one-way use of the equipment.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulUhaul switched my pick up location from Civic Center in Rochester to this one causing me to have to make another stop to pick up moving supplies and drive an additional 30-40 minutes (I went to menards for supplies because I was fed up with uhaul for moving my pick up). This place was self check in only. Self check in basically took me through all my rental steps again including picking a drop off location. That was frustrating since I chose both with intention and locked in my rate based on those locations. The person working at the store barely spoke English and the app bugged out while I was trying to check in. I never got the lockbox code and the app wouldn't let me go back to the pick up sequence. I had to call to get the lockbox code and pick up the truck. I will not be renting from uhaul again. Overall terrible experience from uhaul. Nothing against this specific site, I'm just disappointed in my experience with the app and the company.

Ginger DContract was broken by Uhaul, as they said my equipment needed to be dropped off in St Paul. They charged me again and I was essentially robbed.
Courtney SCashier was helpful, but seemed confused on how to do a return. He would disappear for moments, help other customers, then come back to us. Very odd drop-off experience.
