Uhaul as a whole I was frustrated with because they changed my location for pick up to the same as my drop off. Upon getting to the new location there was 2 people in line and yet somehow it took 15 minutes to get through it. The equipment was fine and I had no problems with it.Drake G.
When you register online it's not apparent that an account should be made in order to modify reservations, so either there should be a way to modify reservations utilizing a confirmation number (preferred) or everyone will need to make a u-haul account (though I think this latter option will not be well received). Because I needed to modify my reservation and didn't have an account, I had to wait on hold a long time to make changes to me reservation. Otherwise was a great experience and would utilize again.DON C.

Team member was not upfront about the gas in the tank. The tank was empty but was reported as being a quarter of tank. He acted like he has just checked the tank the vehicle was ready to go. We then needed to get gas in the tank. When we returned the young person was extremely rude and told us it was our fault we had to put gas in the tank because we did not notify him that tank did not have the amount of gas that was noted. The individual was extremely rude and unprofessional by mocking and blaming us. This is an ongoing issue for Uhaul based on online reviews. These shady business practices have ensured that I will be hiring professionals so I do not need to deal with your company's practices. A simple solution would be to have a team member check the tank in the morning or 15 minutes before a customer arrives to ensure accuracy.DONALD D.

I got a 6x12' trailer. I didn't open it up until I got to my destination in LaCrescent. Upon opening, found it wasn't swept out and their was the previous renter's 1991 yearbook in the back. So, I don't think they even checked it to see if it was clean before I took control of it. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they apologized.Karl N.

Cashier forgot to get my furniture pads. She's checked me out and said, â€œok, let's get you hooked up.â€ We headed out the door together, then she disappeared for about 5 min, and I ended up having to hook the trailer up myself. Not a big deal, I tow often. But she finally showed up, said â€œoh, you are fast.â€ Then sent me on my way. Ended up needing to return to get my furniture pads...wasn't horrible, but could have been better.Michael C.

Make sure your corporate never supports BLM or any other Libterd causes and you will continue to get my business...and the business of the other 75 million Patriots.
