It is so close to the main unhaul business that I had assumed that that is where I should go. There is no office for questions when I had issues with the app. not a good experience except that the u-haul was where it was supposed to be, was clean and functional

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNo issue with Med City Ship specifically, by the do it yourself mobile return and pick-up is terrible. When picking up the location forgot one of the dollies so I had to go to the other location in town anyways - defeating the purpose of a do it yourself pick-up. Most importantly, the Uhaul app is atrocious. The app is extremely buggy and barely worked for pick-up and then did not work at all with drop-off, forcing us to wait multiple hours while we could contact a representative over the phone to drop it off. Then, hilariously, I got a call 3 days later asking "Why have you not picked up the truck?" Thankfully the initial representative emailed me and I could supply my point of contact. Just absolutely terrible experience. Med City Ship when I called were wonderful but Uhaul overall is a terrible company and I will never rent from them again.
Ryan DWe used the app which was cumbersome and at times did not work..However the people we contacted on the phone were pleasant and helpful. We also went to a nearby location and they were also helpful.
