Acknowledge customers when they arrive if you can't get to them right away. Let them know approximately how long they may have to wait. Orient them to the vehicle if they are not familiar with it. I was told I could get more miles and we would make the adjustment when I came to pick up the truck. When I got there I was told I could not get more miles.

This was an AWFUL experience. I will NEVER use uhaul again. I ordered a uhaul online but when I filled out the application it didnt specify that if I did not choose a return destination that it would CHOOSE for me that the return address would be where I rented the uhaul from. I used this uhaul to travel over an hour away. Once I figured out that I had to travel ALL THE WAY BACK because your company made a decision on my behalf. It was an inconvenience to travel 2 hours out of my way. NOT TO MENTION I had to pay more because of gas and the .89c per mile. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. I would much rather make 5 trips to move my belongings rather than make one trip with uhaul

I informed them that I was charged for an extra day that I did not use and they did not issue a credit back to my card. I sent a long email explaining the situation and they only responded with a generic "contact uhaul customer service" email. Will never use uhaul again!!!

Uhaul computer was frozen and no transactions could be done. This held up four customers in Line for 30-45 min wait. The clerk couldn’t do anything, then the computer wouldn’t accept a preloaded MasterCard and it did in previous weekend so luckily I had my bank card which it took right away. I told the clerk I would step outside to tell family the system was frozen and returned in 3 min or less and a woman was taken in front of me when clerk just was told I was stepping outside just for a minute or two. He knew I had been waiting for at least 20 minutes or more. The lady should have been told that I had been waiting and am next in line. However, he was courteous and apologetic about the wait. Suggest at least 2-3 chairs for customers who can’t stand for long periods.
