Reservations should take priority if you have a reservation you should not have to stand in a long line.

Trucks should be clean on the outside as well as the inside. There needs to be more than one person behind the counter to avoid long lines. Also, it's counter productive to do the entire online check in and then have to wait on line inside to get the key. Please come with some new tech like a locker system to receive it after checking in online.

Divine was excellent. She was helpful and attentive to not only the customer in front of her but the line as well. The customer was being a little difficult yet Divine maintain her cool and professionalism. She also did not allow that experience rub off onto the next customers. She was overall excellent at her job.

I turned the truck in at 12:45pm. The guy told me to leave it running and that he would email my receipt in 10 minutes. By 2:00pm I hadn’t received the email. I drive back to that location and the truck was still running, parked where I was told to leave it, and the guy was sitting in it with the radio blasting and the AC running. I went inside and asked for my receipt and the manage said I hadn’t turned in the truck. I informed her that the truck was back at 12:45pm but her worker never checked the truck in. I told her I wasn’t paying for an extra day nor was I paying for the gas that her worker used by sitting in the truck playing the radio and running the AC. The people are friendly but irresponsible and due to their negligence you might be charged for their irresponsibility. If you use this location, double check all your paperwork to make sure you’re not billed for gas or an extra day simply because they haven’t closed out your contact. WATCH THEM CLOSELY!!!!!!!!!

Providing a receipt immediately after returning the equipment. Was told I would get a receipt emailed to me. I wanted in my car never received it. Went in store had to wait longer in line, was told again I would receive a copy via email. Had to request a paper request immediately. Then a little later an email copy came. Not happy about this process. Everything thing else was on point. Friendly and very courteous workers!
