I want to shout out the field manager, Susan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had our truck for moving day. She coordinated everything perfectly and even helped me fill out forms when the system was down, so I could pick up the truck and get moving right away. She deserves a bonus!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDidn't drop off with a person as they were not open that early. Location is close to me, but don't know anything about it. Billing as strange as it was not what I was quoted.
Kimberly BGuy was polite and well groomed. business was very nice and clean. Immediately took care of my drop off and check out. Thanks a bunch !
TIMOTHY CThanks for bringing your service to our community. Rio Linda needs this. The whole experience was much easier than Home Depot truck rental. The truck was clean and took 10 minutes to complete the rental and the return was even faster.
DOYLE POriginally, I reserved equipment that was too tall for the entrance for my storage, and checked out with that equipment. Upon going outside to look at the equipment, realized it wouldn't work for my purposes. Attendant at Hi-Tech Wireless was able to refund the initial transaction, and create a new rental of equipment better suited to my needs. Great customer service, great attitude, and well-maintained equipment. I'll be doing more business with them next time I need to rent a truck or trailer, and will recommend them without hesitation.
