First of all I said no to dolls and pads I was charged for them and when I said I did not want them he said let bank clear then come back and we can change. Im still owed 80 dollars back! Plus taxes..... make sure to tellem to fix first...when I asked i was told they all charge up front!! Not true.....

Not location at all. Uhsul really failed us. Our truck was not the size we reserved canceled our reservation without a call or email. Had to rent the smallest which caused us to get small truck and rack up a lot of mileage and over go our timeframe to move. Also called to speak to management but no one has reached back out to me.

Trevor GThe trailer leaked water when it rained and ruined our school projects for our convention. Soaked our suitcases. Very disappointed will not rent again unless we know it has no leaks. We should be reimbursed. Our first time renting and I needed another one for 10 days cause of any convention but I am canceling that. I cannot take a chance on ruined property or projects. Very disappointed
