I tried to reserve online but that was useless so I had to go to location. When I went to pick up I was told there was a $60 deposit. Had I known I would've stopped at the ATM. Then in order to complete checkout I was forced to use my own phone and data to get into UHaul web site to photograph my license, etc. then upload to UHaul, blah, blah, blah. Took 45min to rent a 4×7 trailer that I used for 3 hours.

The website is difficult to use. First, when I reserved online, I selected an enclosed 6x12 trailer, but the reservation showed an open trailer. Second, the trailer pre-use damage reporting page would not accept my contract number and equipment number so I skipped the reporting. Third, when picking up my trailer the driver license photography page would not open causing the sales person to do some manual entries. Overall, I feel the rental was a fair value Andi would rent again.

They had internet connection problems with the Uhaul service. It took about 45 minutes to get the billing process completed. Everything else went smooth. The trailer work perfect.

I felt that they were very unprepared. They guy that helped us with attaching the trailer was excellent. But it took forever to get the starting process. Then to switch from a utility dolly to an appliance dolly was insanely impossible.

Very prompt service. I arrived was told to wait for someone to come out and check the equipment in. The gentleman showed up in less than a minute inspected the trailer, ask questions of the serviceability, disconnected the trailer and had me on my way in less than 3 minutes.

The yard attendant at first brought out the wrong truck. As usual across this country, professionalism was sub par. Also, U-Haul should take a look at how big rental car companies do things and change their business model to match. I-Haul is primitive by comparison.

I received an email from the Fresno office stating I'd get a call at 5:00 PM the night before to confirm everything. Never got a phone call, and this wasn't my selected pick up location, so I had to drive around and try and figure that out on my own. Piss poor communication by Uhaul. Really? Did you get that? My reserved trailer was not at my desired location, and my order number didn't state where to go, so I had to drive around and figure that out on my own.

truck was not ready for pick up at time agreed on. I had to wait 4 hour. truck needed work.

It took 2 or 3 days for me to get a Uhaul truck upon my reservation the customer service rep lied to me about me receiving a extra day and because they didn't honor the extra day i was charged for a extra day not only was i charged a extra day but it took a week for me to get the rest of my cash deposit back after they charged me for the extra day that the customer service rep said i would get. So upon all of that i don't think that was a great experience
