I don't like having to download a license every time. Also, using GPS for drop off is a waste. The keys go into a cheap sheet metal box that can be opened with a pocket knife. Also there is no locking gas cap, so anyone can steal the gas. That would look like I never filled it up because it sits outside the fence.

I tried to reserve online but that was useless so I had to go to location. When I went to pick up I was told there was a $60 deposit. Had I known I would've stopped at the ATM. Then in order to complete checkout I was forced to use my own phone and data to get into UHaul web site to photograph my license, etc. then upload to UHaul, blah, blah, blah. Took 45min to rent a 4×7 trailer that I used for 3 hours.

The website is difficult to use. First, when I reserved online, I selected an enclosed 6x12 trailer, but the reservation showed an open trailer. Second, the trailer pre-use damage reporting page would not accept my contract number and equipment number so I skipped the reporting. Third, when picking up my trailer the driver license photography page would not open causing the sales person to do some manual entries. Overall, I feel the rental was a fair value Andi would rent again.

The question “Was the personnel helpful?” Above is not grammatically correct. Ir should be “WERE the personnel helpful.” Such bad writing reflects poorly on U-Haul.

They had internet connection problems with the Uhaul service. It took about 45 minutes to get the billing process completed. Everything else went smooth. The trailer work perfect.

I felt that they were very unprepared. They guy that helped us with attaching the trailer was excellent. But it took forever to get the starting process. Then to switch from a utility dolly to an appliance dolly was insanely impossible.

Very prompt service. I arrived was told to wait for someone to come out and check the equipment in. The gentleman showed up in less than a minute inspected the trailer, ask questions of the serviceability, disconnected the trailer and had me on my way in less than 3 minutes.

The yard attendant at first brought out the wrong truck. As usual across this country, professionalism was sub par. Also, U-Haul should take a look at how big rental car companies do things and change their business model to match. I-Haul is primitive by comparison.

Very prompt and helpful with the process. Only thing that confused me was a $3 charge for mileage despite only using the truck for three of the five days I paid for with no mileage cap.

I received an email from the Fresno office stating I'd get a call at 5:00 PM the night before to confirm everything. Never got a phone call, and this wasn't my selected pick up location, so I had to drive around and try and figure that out on my own. Piss poor communication by Uhaul. Really? Did you get that? My reserved trailer was not at my desired location, and my order number didn't state where to go, so I had to drive around and figure that out on my own.

truck was not ready for pick up at time agreed on. I had to wait 4 hour. truck needed work.

It took 2 or 3 days for me to get a Uhaul truck upon my reservation the customer service rep lied to me about me receiving a extra day and because they didn't honor the extra day i was charged for a extra day not only was i charged a extra day but it took a week for me to get the rest of my cash deposit back after they charged me for the extra day that the customer service rep said i would get. So upon all of that i don't think that was a great experience

The check-in process was hard because My battery was super low on my cell phone and I was unable to complete some of the steps. This is not the locations fault but the Uhaul process. There should be an alternative if you don't have a cell phone. Loction GREAT, UHaul check in process horrible.

I tried returning the trailer when they were closed. They had a locked fence, with no signage of where I could leave the trailer. That would have been helpful.

Rude attendee who helped unhook the trailer, was cold and uninviting with his actions and wouldn't even look me in the eyes. Store staff were friendly but processed my paperwork without even letting me talk to them about our request to get refunded $75 for a tow service when the trailer literally ripped the ball off the hitch whole driving down the highway.

The cab of the vehicle rented smelled very strongly of urine and something else I couldn’t identify. After driving the truck ~5 mi during use, my shirt and pants smelled awful so that I had to change.

My experience at the store was great!! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my online service. I attempted to reserve my trailer on line and was not successful. I kept getting an error stating the zip code did not match my city. I attempted from different divises with same result. Also, I attempted to access u haul via phone waited for over 30 minutes with no response.

I dropped of a trailer over night and found it a little difficult to know where to park it or leave because there were no signs posted. Maybe you can put sings up to where it’s ok to drop off the trailer or vehicle.

Trailer was old and the axles were heavily rusted. Didn't have confidence that the wheel bearings or axles would hold up during the trip. Nighttime running lights needed replacing (3 out of 4).
