My only claim is that I paid for a appliances dolly and they sid not have any, they subjected to go to the nearest Uhaul store, I went and NOTHING! The worse thing is that I still got charge for it with NO options inside the app to request for them to remove it, and in top of that I had to go to home depot and rent one.
