Shit customer service, u haul reps should not be manually entering credit card info on personal cell phone. Would never use this location again. Truck was filthy. Rep didn't even come out for pre check. Uhaul used to be good,not so much anymore

Marina C.The website and app never acknowledged I had a rental reserved. Not even when I had the truck. So I could not use the website or app to return the truck on a day the location was closed.
dawn B.Snowy River Mercantile on Frontage Rd in Reedsport, Or was where our original reservation was. They were rude and even talking bad about us under their breath. We have tried to rent from them 3 times and had to go to Oregon Coast RV due to issues with the truck or the service. In my opinion, they are not representing U-Haul favorably. I will never go back to their store for merchandise or U-Haul. Horrible service.
