The trailer that I rented had something wrong with it would jump up and down making screeching noises when you went down hill with it. This ordeal was extremely frustrating and hard on my rig!
Conrad JI originally reserved a 15 foot truck. They asked if I wanted an upgrade because they didn’t have enough 15 foot ones and offered me a 20 foot. That was cool. They even took some money off making my total bill $280ish bucks. So when I go to pick it up the person says that will be 492 dollars. I said no I was told it wasn’t going to cost me more. So she said ok let me see. She calls UHAUL for help and they say we see it on our end he’s right. The discount wouldn’t apply. She called another guy who ended up being the one who called me about the deal. He tells her to make a new reservation and to redo it. He try’s himself 3/4 more times. Then says oh crap and charged me the $492 bucks. Needless to say that is not ok. You can take $492 from me but I have to wait days for a refund to come in? That’s just rude. A simple thing ended up costing me a bunch more money and took over an hour to do.
Logan MRoadside service and representative ruined it for me. She did not give a crap about the truck that was making noise! If was a long trip!!!
