I came to pick up 2 hours late , the rental was cancelled after 1 hour , I should be informed of policy with an email or phone call that was on file, spent another 20 minutes giving information for rental.

We returned off hours. It said to go to a website, then dashboard and return equipment. I did that; but, there was no place to register that I was returning equipment. Also went to My Account to do it. Again no place to let you know that I was returning. I had to call and confirm that it was received. That doesn't seem right.

We didn't realize we were dropping off after closing.(Sunday is an early close time) So no personnel was available to help. The app guided us to taking appropriate photos of the condition of the truck. Maybe better signage as to where to correctly leave the vehicle would be helpful. We were worried about leaving it in the wrong spot. but all went well.

Over phone was told no pickups available until 2:30 p.m. I was able to get pickup at 10:00 a.m. at location - didn't understand this there was more than one pickup on lot.

Staff need more training and service could be quicker. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our rental truck to be given to us.

You added an UNAUTHORIZED Safe Tow Coverage to my contract AFTER I declined all coverage. You are not ethical folks. The agent when I returned the trailer agreed verbally to the amount of $14.95. Imagine my surprise when I saw an additional $8.00 fee tacked on. Not ethical at all.

I waited behind 1 truck to drop off my trailer for 30 minutes. Finally I was able to get someone’s attention. When they finally helped me out, they were very nice, but one employee mentioned to the other that I had been waiting for 30 min. But they never apologized for it or acknowledged it.

Picking my 20' truck for a local rental took over an hour Saturday June 9 at 5 pm even though I had a reservation, and I am a frequent customer, so they should already have all my info on file. The location is always severely understaffed. Only 1 person at the counter.

I couldn't get the mobile app to work for after hours check in and in frustration I tripped on the concrete steps going up to the drop box. However, the staff there were very helpful, quick, curteous, and friendly.

Only one staff member working the counter on a Saturday afternoon. Long wait, 30 minutes to get to the counter to rent a vehicle. Staff member was very helpful and friendly. Vehicle had a non-functioning tire pressure sensor and was indicating a low tire. Tire pressure was at a safe level for use.

I had a reservation completed on your website. This was supposed to minimize my wait time by half. I waiting over 30 minutes in line because your facility is not properly staffed. I had two workers on the clock at the jobsite, increasing my expenses. This may be a way for u-haul to save a dollar, but I will look at other options in the future. If u-hual doesn't respect me or my time, I will not give my business to your facility. In addition, the trailer was damaged in an earlier accident and the pin needed a hammer to open. This unit was not suitable for hire.

Since this is such a popular location, consider staffing up a little more to accommodate large crowds of people wanting to use your excellent products and services. Despite stellar commitment and customer service savvy, the staff are still human and have to operating within the laws of physics - can't be two places at one time, etc. Just a thought.

Next time make sure when a person reserves your trucks or equipment asked for that its available dont tell a person you have the product available but when the customer gets there that there hit with a surprise that none of the stuff the reserved wasnt working or the extra product they needed to go with it wasnt even available to take along with their trip. Next time call the customer to tell them what's going on before they even come and give the chance to search around before getting to your location. You made my moving day that much harder and for that you deserve a 1 star if I could give no stars I would because of your lack of communication which there wasn't any communication until I arrived on site with your surprise telling me none of the stuff I requested wasn't even available, so why reserve me for product that I could even use??? Answer that Uhaul

I showed up after hours, and for some reason my reservation wasn't being processed online for the after-hours pick-up. There were two employees still there closing up and they were very gracious, helping me even though I arrived after closing. I would highly recommend this location!

reservation I made prior made no difference on my nearly 2 hour wait. I was then given faulty equipment that I immediately returned. I had to take a smaller truck which meant more trips. Then when I returned the truck a day early they had a hard time adjusting my transaction. I'm a patient person... but this was a horrible experience to say the least.

Used the app for the "no wait in line service" Well, waited in line to pick up and drop off. The truck was not in the location the app photo image indicated. I walked all over lot to find the unit. The app did not work to drop off. App froze. I reinstalled, then restarted my phone. App still froze. Signs all over store say "reserve online and avoid the lines" Employee told me that's only when the store is closed. So app makes false promises. It didn't say it's for when store is closed.
