I was very disappointed to not get the size truck that I had ordered and San Bernardino. It cost me a lot of extra time and money to make extra trips. This was a terrible experience but the people in Redlands are not responsible for the problem.

Completing my ubox experience was terrible. I was sent an hour out of the way to the wrong U-Haul location and when I got home w the wrong ubox I was told to go to the correct location which happened to be 15min from my house(without traffic). So now I have the correct ubox I’m home and I see the ubox was installed backwards which was a problem because now I have a ubox door that only opens a quarter of the way and it also poses a safety issue so I return again to get my ubox installed correctly . When I go to return the ubox they have the audacity to ask me to drop off the ubox at one location and the ubox trailer at another location(30mi away). The only compensation for the 5+ hrs of lost time and extra 100 miles of driving was $50. Where I live that doesn’t even put enough gas in the truck for that kind of operation

Always include info about cost of using your movers. Also, I was not sure which size truck to rent. So glad I changed to 20 foot truck thinking way too much room when it was not enough room. Is the height of your trucks the same regardless of length?

Redlands office attendant was pleasant and quick with his work. Problem was he was the only person to help many customers at same time, and some of the customers were needy, thereby taking much of the attendants time. Time factor to get trailer taken care of too far longer than it should have. Over all good experience

I tried to use the app in order to pick up the rental and the app wasn't working properly. If your app isn't functioning properly you shouldn't offer that option.

I reserved a 26 ft truck and on moving day They rented it to someone else and said To bad not our fault! I had the reserved page on my phone! I had all my plans to move f-ed up!!

Well, I was charged for 50 extra miles but I drove on the freeway the whole way there and back. The only route to stay within the milage allowed was along a very curvy and single lane mountain road which is ridiculous in the large truck. I don't agree with the extra charge and would like a refund because it would be unsafe to take a 26' loaded truck on mountain road with a steep grade rather than the freeway.

Get your app to work and allow me to return the rental after hours .I spent 30mins trying to return the rental until I had to call your customer service corporate. Other than that my rental was great!

I would have liked to have gotten a little rundown on my 20 ft U-Haul like about turning off the tow haul when it's empty and I'm going through the mountains. Instead I just got told you got this mama! When I went to get in the vehicle being the first time I had drove a 20 footer. Other than that I was very pleased and had a great time driving it. It was fun considering I had to practically live out of it for 2 days. Thank you for your service

I made a reservation weeks in advance and Redlands uhaul didn't have my reserved trailer available for me today. I was told, "They were supposed to call you yesterday." I was able to drive 20 min away to get another trailer, but this made for a very hectic day.

When I dropped off the Uhaul truck at Alabama Street in Redlands, the people there were also nice and friendly. Grant you, perhaps not all Uhual people are nice and friendly. These people were.

Location seemed to be short staffed, which is understandable. However it took a long time to get loaded up and inspected and get out the door. This biggest down fall is the employees made me do online check in. Instead of doing it for me. I feel I pay for a service with u haul. Not having to do all the logistic myself. I know it’s possible for the employees to do it because I rented a trailer just two weeks ago from a different location and the did it for me.

The Returning process took some time because there are not enough people working in the office. The girl who processes returns was busy outside with the return trucks and there were many trucks being returned at the time I was there. So I waited inside for almost 30 minutes. I think you need someone at ALL times in the office because there was a line of people waiting and were upset about the wait. Otherwise I really like this area where this Uhaul is. It is my go to Uhaul. Thank you Debbie W.

Had a lot of issues with scheduling the delivery of the UBox. Not able to schedule in time due to delivery truck issues, and also was delivered outside of the timeframe - had to take off work all day.
