Customer service is not the best. In this stressful and highly demanding industry, people look for a friendly face and a good positive vibe in the place. I did not find this when I came to return the vehicle I rented. The front desk people seemed to be annoyed. And not very comfortable to speak to. For the rest of the stuff, the service was as expected and the location near home. Vehicle was reliable.

If you've made a mistake, then apologize to the customer. The desk worker made a blatant error that I pointed out and he pushed a paper towards me telling me that it'll all be refunded and would re-do the transaction (which was a very long process in the first place). I was frustrated that he made no efforts to make amends. Also, I find it strange that u-haul would charge not only for how many miles you use it but also that you need to replace the gas you used. It should be one or the other not both.

I rented a truck and had quick and easy service during pick up of vehicle and supplies. However, I had two unopened packages of furniture pads that were unopened. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with U-Haul customer service to file a claim for a refund. The gentleman at the location was not understanding that I do not have to pay if the pass were unopened. Other than that, it was okay service.

The location itself was wonderful. U-haul on the other hand was terrible. A location was originally chosen for pickup. I was called and told a few days beforehand that the location no longer had the truck available. So, I was given another location. My pickup was scheduled for 8 a.m., the place they sent me to didn't open until 9. Problem there was I also hired movers via Uhaul website at $50/he, also scheduled at 8 am. Well, they had to send me to another location to get the truck. By the time I got back an hour had gone by with movers not able to load anything and $50 for nothing. After 40 minutes the movers told me they had to leave soon because my reservation was for only 2 hours of help and they had other appointments. To sum it up, U-haul is ABSOLUTE garbage and I would never recommend them to anybody. To top it off, when I told them this they just said sorry for the inconvenience and they would file a complaint for me. Just reimburse me my $50 wasted on movers.

I had a good experience with both of the trucks that I rented last weekend. However, I felt it was very inappropriate that I was charged for 5.5 gallons of gas when I drove the vehicle only 13 miles. It was 7/8 full when I picked it up and they apparently filled the tank completely at my expense. This location has lost a customer.

Staff was friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues that we need to clear up (found green zip tie on blankets on the floor even though we did not open the blanket pouch, and had difficulty opening the lock and then could not get it to close completely. BUT we are sure this will be resolved.

There has been a double charge for this rental. I have been trying to call the business and it just rings with no answering machine. I sent Uhaul an email with all the details but have yet to hear back. The rental was made on Nov 10. I used my card to reserve the truck and the final payment was made by my friend with HER credit card but mine has been charged also.

Victor, the gentleman who helped me was very professional and helpful. The slow computer system however caused the transaction to take almost 15 minutes.

Well first of all I made my reservation at 8:45am. I then had to call back because I never was called or emailed with address for my pickup. I was then sent a blank email and blank text with no address once again. So I called back yet again to fix the issue. I got a hold of someone that actually helped me to get the address for pickup. So the location for pickup was way out of the way where I lived but went anyway. I get to the address and it was a uhaul repair location where they DONT rent out trucks. So one of the ladies was nice enough to find me a location where they had a truck available and also was nice enough to add an extra 30 miles. So the new location was in Redlands. I got to the location and they did have the truck I needed but only excepted debit or credit and not cash which was all I had. So I had to drive to the nearest ATM to deposit cash. Finally made my way back and got the truck. I needed the truck by 9:30am and ended up getting the truck after 11:00am. If there is anything you can do to compensate me for this horrible experience I would really appreciate it as I do rent from you frequently and this was my first bad experience. Oh and the lady at the Redlands location was nothing but nice and very helpful in making my experience better.
