Not sure why they would charge me extra for fuel when I already bought fuel and showed an evidence of initial fuel level.

When I asked for a jack to take the trailer off my truck the attendant said, "We don't have one, just lift it off" really? Is UHAUL paying my wage when I am laid up for a week after I throw my back out?

Savannah BWe returned the truck and trailer in extremely clean condition. The fuel was where it was supposed to be and when we returned it, there was no one there to receive it. We put the key in the dropbox. My driver saw a sign just said do not park on anybody else’s property and the only spot that he could see where he could park. The truck and trailer was crossing about six parking stalls. The man that I spoke to on Monday explain explained that he had to come down and move the truck and trailer and the $105 that I was charged he says was all for an after hours charge even though it said that the fuel was not at the level and they needed to charge for cleaning. My driver is a professional truck driver and he felt his best choice was to park where he did because there was no one around on the Saturday afternoon and he felt that where he parked was his very best option.
Daryl FVery busy at end of month, and it seems that doing everything online slows down the process of picking up your vehicle. Paperwork would be better.
