Place was very crowded with vehicles and trailers. Only one person on staff. Service was super slow as many customers were left standing and waiting their turn with only 1 agent on duty. No yard agent to help customers nvigate their truck rentals out of very tight parking spaces. Overall lacking personnel to provide top quality service.Glenn O.

U haul employee was rude, and the trailer was unsafe for use as there was no trailer jack to lift the trailer on to ball hitch. Ended up hurting my back trying to unhook the trailer.Sean W.

None that I can point out. Agent only said a couple of sentences, 1. Park it beside the other trailer. 2. That's good, you can go. Quick and easy, but, makes me worry that there may be some damage questions in the future because of the renting agent may not have made notes of previous damage.GLEN E.
Location closed when I arrived (1:30PM). There was extremely limited parking for my returned truck. Several people also waiting in front of me - who were obviously unhappy about waiting. Once the doors opened it went quickly. Maybe they were having a bad day but I would recommend that these folks get a little Customer Service training.Mark O.

Maybe instead of having your little mma gym in the back and the wonderful display case of your fighting career, you could actually have extra dollys and blankets for your company. Plus they open at 9 am on Saturday, 5 people in line up before the door opens, 1 person working and it takes approximately 20 minutes to process each customer, way too slow.Christopher S.

Vehicle was very dirty, dog hair all over the seats, used tooth picks on the floor, food in the cup holders, spill on the floor in between the seats. Took an hour to clean before actually wanting to sit in it.Teresa H.

Earlier opening would be helpful. Current opening is 9:00 AM and it takes awhile if there is a line up in order to get the truck. Makes it difficult to get an early start to the move.Terence B.
The guy asked for the keys and that was it. In and out quickly. I got charged 1 mile over for a total of 42 cents. I wouldn't have gone over if I could of dropped off at a closer location which I chose when I signed out the truck. But then they sent me a text saying to drop off at the Riverside location.Richard T.

I called and was told yes they have a truck come now I close at 12. I arrived about 15 min later 10:40 and the door was locked. A note on the door back at 11:30. He came back. We did paper work. He asked how long to I need truck for I told him till next morning about 11. He said sure. Then at 5 pm I get a text to return truck by. 6 pm. I call u haul as the place is closed and the operator told me that it was book for someone the next day at 9 am. He extended as long as he could. I returned the truck that night at 8:45 pm. App would not work for check in so I called u haul and operator did check in on phone. I left key in drop box. This morning I get call from a Robert Bonin. I do t know this person. No message left. Then I get text from unknown cell telling me a customer is waiting where is the truck. Your late. Nothing telling me again who was texting me Extremely poor customer service from this location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. When the fellow arrived back at 11:35 he proceeded to tell me where he was. A well person check with the local police. Then proceeded to continue to all waiting his dealing with local police. I don't need to know dealings with local police Run your business like customers deserve. Extremely disappointed the service I received and that I had to return the vehicle early. I wonder if I was charged for the whole day rather then then7 hours I had it.Angela G.

Wait times. I did the online checkin, and wanted to pick up at opening because I obviously had somewhere to be that day. The owner was too busy sharing his political beliefs with everybody, which nobody wanted to hear anyways, and was too busy bullshitting with other customers rather than getting others on their way. Sat there for 15 minutes with the trailer hooked up, waiting for him to â€œcheck the trailer connectionsâ€. I've never seen somebody show such incompetence.Kyle D.

The fellow there was very unfriendly and gave me a hard time about coming in before 9:00 which is when they open I guess even though the open sign was in the window and the front door unlocked. The only thing that I was upset about is that I had a confirmation number for pick up in Edmonton which is where I was living then the day before my pick up I got a phone call stating I needed to pick up in Gibbons. So the 2 times that I had to go to Gibbons it was my gas that was wasted and I feel like I should be reimbursed money for the gas that I had to waste just to be able to go to Gibbons, None of this is my fault that the truck was not there at the Edmonton location. The drive from where we were living to Gibbons is just about an 45 minutes each was way to Gibbons and back. This was definitely not my fault.Gloria A.
