Pick up location was awesome. Uhaul overall service the shits! Reserved a trailer drove 10hrs to only find out they didn't have a trailer for me. Alot of bulshit and nothing for my inconvenience

The way I had to reserve a trailer and speak to people in Calgary when I’m in Lethbridge is just stupid...luckily the guy where I picked my trailer up in Raymond was great and fixed my reservation due to it being messed up

For starters when a pickup is scheduled for 10am I should have the truck by 10:15. I got possession of the truck at 12:30pm.was sent to raymond from lethbridge and no one was there to release the truck. Uhaul screwed up my online login so I couldn't get the code for the lock box.When I called uhaul customer service they played transfer tag and hung up on me 3 times and in the end I had to wait for the manager to get back while he spent another hr just trying to release the truck. Worst uhaul experience ever.

Uhaul head office customer service is a nightmare to work with. Spoke with 5 people over 3 days. Promised free storage but could not deliver. Incredibly rude and extremely hard to deal with.

The U-Haul dealers at both ends were very good and helpful, U-Haul itself left a lot be desired. The price for the truck rental tripled in one year. I could not get an explanation. I left messages with managers but never got a call back. I will not rent from U-Haul again.

When we dropped off truck a day ahead of time we asked about the the $50.00 discount and the service rep did not know about it. Really? Renting a truck from u-haul is easy on line and chat on line is helpful but the service reps are not .

There was no one available to contact as per pickup contract. I did the paperwork with a very helpful person out of the Calgary office via cell ph. The trailer was filthy but good repair whereas the cleaner trailer had a flat tire. All the equipment is parked in a muddy yard amongst non Uhaul equipment. I also dropped trailer off the same day at Mo Tire in Lethbridge and again no onsite representative.

why was I not given a receipt with the explanation of why I only got $30.00 back instead of the $100 other than he said you went over the mileage with not knowing that I feel you need to re look at it and feel that I should receive $ 70.00 as you did not inform me of all the info involve. please reply to me at this e mail thank linda reurink if you want customer remember word of mouth can do more damage than anything

I reserved and paid for a trailor, when I went to get it was not there. You need better control on who takes those trailers. Also I reserve a trailor in lethbridge but had to pick it up in Raymond and then it wasn't back when I was to pick it up. Drivers of yer vehicles need to be more responsible to the next customer and to there contract. Thank you. I'm in love with yer girl Jacque on 36 street in lethbridge. If I was 40 years younger i would try to huddle her. Ha ha Boyd low

I signed a part of the form that stated the vehicle had been cleaned and I was to return it the same way. But I was not told that otherwise I would have done an inspection of the cab of the vehicle myself. Consequently I was charged $25.00 for cleaning a spill on the seat and door of the passenger side of the truck. So here I was charged for something that wasn't explained to me he said sign here and here. There was nothing spit on the seat or door while I was in the truck. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I didn't know if there was something on the passenger seat or not. He did explain mileage etc. I am sure I would Not recommend or use your company again. Because of the overcharge of $25. I purchased boxes from your company and then to be overcharged with something like this. I called the Raymond U haul and he told me someone from U haul would call me NEVER received a call nothing. Very unhappy with your company and I will caution other about the extra fees. The location I picked up the truck at was filthy.

Hi, I booked a Uhaul truck online. I showed up to pick up the truck and the attendant looked up my master number and said my truck had been cancelled! There were some notes in the system saying Uhaul had called my house (to confirm I'm assuming?) and one of my children had answered the phone. I have four kids under 12, I don't know which one answered. Anyway, the Uhaul person asked a child if we wanted to reserve a truck, the child said they didn't think so, and the person cancelled my reservation! Seriously? You couldn't call back another time? Or send me an email? You talked to a child and cancelled it? There was a truck available when we showed up, so everything worked out fine, but what if it hadn't? I was seriously not impressed.
