Would have liked to know how to adjust the mirrors (even the manual wasn't clear about this, and when we manually tried to adjust them, they only slid into one other spot vs being able to adjust specifically to my vision level. Also wish we could have securely LOCKED the back of the truck so that strangers couldn't unlock it.

They were helpful except we told them, that we told the pickup place we didn't need the extra insurance and were unfairly charged anyhow, and he said we would have had to call within the 1st 15 minutes of renting to have that removed, but that didn't happen because we didn't look at the receipt at the moment of rental

The fuel level they said it was at was at when we picked the truck up was false. Because of this, I ended up getting a gas fine due to their carelessness. Such a shame. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

When I rented my truck the gas gauge was not correct on the paperwork the back of the truck had garbage in it the roof to the back of the truck where my belongings were was leaking all over in different spots it ruined my $1,000 mattress it ruined my bedroom set I now have water damage on the legs as well as spots all over the tops of my dresser chest of drawers nightstands and my vanity as well as my living room set that is only a year old that now has water damage because it is suede then after I got everything on the truck and we started to drive the transmission did not want to shift into fourth and fifth gear this was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and I have rented many trucks and helped my family my friends as well as my in-laws lent and load trucks to move I have never had a problem before this last time U-Haul has always been good to me but their customer service and quality of equipment has declined rapidly
