Customer service made it quick and easy truck ram well and had good tires and clean I do think that 49 dollars for 24 miles was a bit steep should have been more like 24-25 but customer service made it worth it

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWas closed at time of drop off, so cannot properly respond to questions. We were however charged a fee for dropping off after hours which we were not aware would be an issue. This charged fee will definitely be a consideration and we will comparison shop when we need to use a rental truck again.
Dennis SI signed for the moving equipment without checking - none of it was actually in there …
Harold FNothing- Excellent Customer Service and care
ANDREA BThe location was closed during my drop-off, so I was not able to interact with personnel directly. Because of that, the drop-off experience depended on the app, which fortunately made the process smooth and manageable. The location itself appeared clean and orderly. The app helped make sure the return was still completed without any issues.
