I went to this place twice The staff have no clue of what they doing very unprofessional customer service very slow and bad I was standing in front of the desk for about 10 minutes waiting for one of them to acknowledge me but they were too busy making jokes and laughing with each other like I did not exist. every time I was overcharged and I will have to call for the manager to get some refund back even though the manager acknowledge that i was overcharged and acknowledged the staff made a mistake but he blamed me for not reading the contract before signing The manager was unprofessional have no knowledge of what's going on but me on hold for almost 30 minutes looking for a calculator to figure out the right price I will never go back again I will never recommend it to anybody

I will say however, the customer service over the phone and the app was horrible. I got hung up on by accident and they did not return my call. Also, I could not get the location of my truck online. Not to mention they misspelled my name, so at first I couldn't log in. Overall the most annoying experience.

We went to pick up the uhaul with a schedule in mind. I made it a point to make a reservation to avoid any delays since I was to be out of my apartment by a certain time. The gentleman at the facility seemed a bit confused and when swiping my card he claimed it was declined. I tried another card, this one with a $1k limit, and still it was declined. Clearly it was not an issue with me or my card but rather with the system or the way he was inputting it. Needless to say he had to take another route and ignore my reservation. I specified that I needed a dolly which he charged. I drove home and upon opening the uhaul I noticed that there was no dolly in there. This guy didn't do a tour of the uhaul nor did he specify what was in the uhaul. I'm guessing he was trying to get me out of there in time for him to go home. I called the uhaul customer service number and clearly they had nothing to do with this guys customer service. I had to go out of my schedule and drive to another, further location to pick up a dolly. Let's just say I was not the happiest camper. Now keep in mind my pick up location was changed because the uhaul I selected did not have the truck and equipment i needed. They gladly moved me to avoid the $50 fee but did not care much to ensure that I was taken care of. Convenient for them, but not for me. Needless to say I would NOT recommend this location for pick up unless you like dealing with inconveniences. Ps the $25 fee to clean the uhaul? -_- they charge for EVERYTHING.

They were very helpful, SPECIALLY since I had gone to a previous location where I had a reservation and the office was closed. It completely disrupted my day and it put me behind an hr+ on my schedule. I had to miss work because of this so technically I was in the hole an additional $120 because of this. This office understood my frustration and they were great at pick-up and drop-off.

All U-Haul services should be corrected / completing submitting charges to the customer credit card. Correcting or issuing credit after charging the customer full price is unacceptible

D'angelo the manager onsite was extremely courteous and helpful, answering all of our questions and concerns. Made the experience at this Uhaul location a breeze in renting a truck for the the day! I suggest to provide tools for people at the store to be able to look up other locations nearby where truck the customer needed is available. Or provide a kiosk that will allow customers to look. I want to commend the CSR who helped us on the phone find a location where the truck we need is readily available. I believe her name is Patty. That was excellent customer service.
