Very disappointed with the coordination between U-Haul reservations and the pickup locations. Received multiple communications prior to pickup date confirming date and time of pickup. 2 days prior received a call changing pickup location for the size of rental truck. On the rental date and time arrived to pickup vehicle the reserved vehicle was not back. Apparently reservation was overlapped so had to wait 30 minutes. Then vehicle still did not arrive so I asked the attendant to call the customer to determine the status. Once he spoke with the customer it was discovered that the customer extended the return time until that evening at 9:00pm. I contacted U-Haul reservations to complain of the situation and all I was offered was to go to another location to pickup a different vehicle. The person who changed the pickup location stated that she could not make any accommodations for my troubles and that I would have to explain the situation to the manager at the new location. I explained that the independent franchise owner should not have to accommodate for U-Hauls mistake and that the reservation attendant should be able to make an adjustment for their error. No accommodation was offered. Very disappointing with U-Haul reservations.

Location is too busy to have just one guy renting equipment and running the store till. Get a better credit card reader. Wipe down and sweep the inside of the trailer before re-renting. (Mine had black exhaust dust all over the inside). Deliver trailer with all the proper parts (brake connection wire, hook guards). Take 10 seconds to make sure everything is working right once it's connected.

I waited 30 mins to get my truck from the sketchy gas station guy when it took the manager to do it in 30 seconds. I still ended up getting charged for the U-Haul after horrible service. Don't go to this location!!!!!

Dont reserve a truck for a customer 30 miles out of their way, which costs time and money, when there are 3 dealers much much closer.

Already had reservations and took forever to get paperwork done. Was on a tight schedule and this was annoying. The guy stared at his laptop for at least 10 to 15 minutes before we could get going....no other customers. So, even though he was nice.......service sucked.

The guy renting the equipment was short handed, but he gave priority to me vs others buying items in his store. Nice he out his day-to-day business on hold to rent this Uhaul.

There was only one person working there so every time someone walked into the store he went to help them and left me standing there I waited 45 minutes to get a truck and the truck was not clean it was dirty ??

How about having the actual location answer the phone for a couple of reasons. The Time was not scheduled correctly, the price was not quoted right, the call was not recorded and this whole experience with you was complete bs. Now the icing on the cake, the ramp of the truck did not work which was the only reason I got the 15' instead of the 10' and the driver side mirror was so loose that it had to be constantly adjusted, this site failed to maintain the truck and you as a company failed at Customer service. It took me calling multiple times and finally getting the area manager's personal line to get anything done.

Moving blankets could have been pre bundled in sets of 12. Overall it was a great experience and I would rent from Ramco / U Haul again. Thank you.

Customer service was terrible waited an hour to get equipment and they didn't even inspect for damages before and after return. They called me I needed to return the trailer after 6 hours or I would be charged a late fee. I rented the trailer for a whole day and paid for a day. I didn't understand why I would get charged a late fee. Very desatisfied with uhaul.

We were supposed to pick up a truck and an auto trailer but they didn't have the trailer and couldn't give us any information about it. They also couldn't give us other information pertaining to our reservation and we had to call Uhaul directly to make other arrangements. I will probably refrain from using anything but an official Uhaul location in the future. It isn't the fault of the Ramco place that he wasn't allowed the information to help us. Although he didn't see to care. Clearly it wasn't his focus.

We were over charged for 50 moving pads that we did not order! Bank card was charged and we were told they didn't know how to reverse the charge had to wait for manager...Picked up the trailer on Sunday at 10a and returned it on a day early on Tue morning! I have talked to 4 people on 4 separate occasions to be told an email has been forwarded to area manager and they will contact me! This last call I made yesterday, I was told a credit looks like it has been processed on the Uhaul end but after asking the amount that it's showing for credit, looks like the wrong amount, however nothing has cleared in my account, again I was told I would be contacted in regards to the amount..It's Friday afternoon still nothing! .. no credit or contact from this area manager from Uhaul! If I would of been contacted properly the amount issue would of been resolved and I now wouldn't have to be waiting for a second processing time to get the refund!
