The location only had one person working the day I picked up the truck & she wasn't there. I had to call the main office to have them send her a message. There should always be at least 2 people working in the store. I later found out she was w/ another customer outside, but other customers were waiting.

I was very happy. I rented a ten foot truck, and when the equipment came early, they called and I could get started more quickly. I extended by one day, and that went very smoothly as well. When I returned, the agent met me in the parking lot, and handled everything right there. A very, very positive experience. Thanks!!!!!!!

First off, the Agent who rented us the Van, did NOT walk out to the vehicle and do a visual inspection with me prior to me signing my rental agreement (should be policy - should not fall on me to remind them of this). It was a brand new Van, the agent did not advise me that I needed to do a walk around the Van to bring up any damages that might be present, again , brand new Van with only 470 miles. That made me especially aware so I drove it thoughout my daughters move, like it was made of gold, slowly and with much caution. She only had one bed room to move, no heavy or sharp objections, approximately 20 boxes and a book shelf, a dresser that was it. Not even enough to fill the entire VAN. Upon my returning of the VAN, I "filled the gas tank up" doing them a favor, brought it back on time, and didn't even go over my assumed milage. I am sitting in the VAN, with it running, put the sun visor back up in the window, and was going to take a picture of the mileage, when the back door pop open, I hear a voice say Hello, I responded yes I am returning this Van, and before I could get out, I hear this Van has been damaged. I got out an right away assured the quote "Manager" that I in no way could have caused he damage that was present, we didn't even have anything but a box in area, the damage was like from a solid object rolling around the back that hit it from the inside. Not anything that we moved could have caused this, and I immediately told him I did not do that. He walked away from me, left me standing in the parking lot and said it's damaged, I will be closing out this contract. I had to practically chase him in the store, and before I could speak with him again, the agent I rented from early this morning, met me and walked with me out to the Van. She said, there are no x marks where this damage is, and you didn't see it before you drove it off the lot (Like it's on me to find this and make sure it was tagged before driving off). I go back inside the store and the "Manager" the gentleman that jumped me in the parking lot, was standing there and he said we always look for damage when a vehicle is turned in and mark it with an X. I asked him calmly well could this have possibly been missed by the previous rental agent? He said they don't make mistakes, and I would have to pay to get this fixed. I told him, I am an honest man, I would have told them if I had damaged the Van up front, I mentioned that I filled the tank to full, brought it back in the same condition it was in when I drove off this morning, and I got back on time, and didn't use all the miles I thought I would. He didn't even bother to say thank you to me for doing that for them, instead he said the damage was not there this morning, how would he know, he wasn't even there when I picked it up. I said, listen I think you are pulling a fast one on me, that the damage was already there, that he knew it and was trying to make a quick buck off me. My son e
