Not charge for dolly and covers. The price should include the items on the truck. Charge only If a customer need extra items.

Mobile app was a disaster, completed everything the day before, go to pick it up and basically had to do it again. They wanted a picture of driver which was sent 10 minutes later wanted more info. After 30 min cancelled and did it inside in about 3 min.

Van was nice and clean. It would be nice if they walk you out side to show you how to operate the mirrors, radio and other features. Was told that gas was at 1/2 tank upon my leaving the lot but in fact it was only at 3/8 of a tank full. Had to get some on the lot to verify this. Other than that every thing else was great.

Never do reservation online. I did a reservation at a different location 4AM and my e mail came 2:something PM to let me know location time. Oh btw I have to call the 1800 and they sent me to two different locations before I found my equipment I reserved.

I reny same van in different days and they charged me with different calculations there is no standard rolls for calculations. Asked manager abot that, behave very rude and just tild me it is a calculation with our computer ststem asked him showing me the calculations, very funny cuz told me our computer doesn’t work. First time with 280 miles drive they changed me 130$ in second time with 220 miles they charged me 160$ both for one day rent When renting a car there be careful they have hidden fee and don’t tell you first.

The vehicle was rented with air-bag malfunctioning light on. The manager said it wasn't on when I drove off... I disagreed. The vehicle smelled like an ash tray. No comment from the manager other than we appreciate your business...

UHAUL needs to hired A full staff I use Uhaul so much and every single time i go to pick or drop off its always such a long process im tired of it and just today i dropped off a 17 ft truck the gas that was on the truck when i picked it up from uhaul had less than the gas i had when i dropped off i put more gas in it than was require because of the gas pump but i could get any money back from uhaul but so as you bring a truck back to them and dont have the gas exactly where the mark is uhaul charges you that makes no sense but i cant get any money back when i over filled the truck ....very bad practice it sucks

Wait was long about 20 minutes in the office but when I asked the Customer Rep. told me it was the first day of the month and it's there busy time of the month and also the last day of the month. I told him I understood that, as I didn't know the reason.

Fix the front tire strap ratchets. Had to constantly stop and retorque them as they were always loosening.

Truck didn’t start we I picked it up and then would not start while we were using it. I’m pissed off that no one has contacted me about this because I sent an email to the gm and said something on the check out on the app. If this is how your company continues I will never use you all again.

Just a suggestion. If a customer owes a previous balance from renting, the system should just prompt the remaining balance to be paid, prior to the current rental due. This would save time.Thanks
