The place was fine but apparently someone did something wrong because im still being billed for tolls that i did not do. I cant get any help from uhaul. They just kerp trying to make me pay them when the dates are after i returned the truck! Uhaul customer service is terrible!

The only problem I have with UHaul is that when I set up the rental they setup the pickup 45 miles away. This dealer corrected it immediately. Beware that UHaul will try to change the pickup location. They did the same thing several months ago when renting from Minden and they wanted me to pick the truck up 40 miles away in Shreveport. They lost that business because I had to cancel and rent from another company. There should be no reason for changing pickup locations especially when I set it up weeks in advance.

Got truck. Went 100 yards from house and front passanger wheel bearings locked up. Didnt send a new truck to swap. Just towed to new apartment unloaded my stuff and advised me to pick up New truck in tbe morning. Barely extended my rent hours or mileage. Charged me out the wazoo for miles. Simple move was the worst nightmare of my life. Even the lady told me "no extra charges" but still charged. Will never and i mean never use uhaul again.

the truck worked well all the way . when we unloaded the house wares we found the overhang above the cab leaked water and we might have trouble with a table that got wet that we had in that area.
