I only had your 26 foot box van for half a day and only drove it 7 miles. It worked fine for me and my needs. The only thing I could see as an improvement would be a back up camera set up in trucks that big for more inexperienced drivers to back them up easterNeil D.

Have more than one person working the entire location. He was running the store, answering all the phone calls, hooking up all the trailer rentals and inspecting all the returning rentals. Insufficient staffing.MICHAELJ S.

Only problem i had with trailer was the tire hold down strap ratchets need lubrication because i had problems letting the straps out... otherwise everything was perfectAgustin P.

Vehicle had service lights on it. I was over charged on miles as the miles out was not accurately documented by uhaul employee (by 40 miles) and uhaul never adjusted correctly. I was charged for the uhaul for 4 extra days because the person who checked me in did it incorrectly?...although they say it was a computer error. I had to call numerous times to let them know the vehicle was there and to stop charging my card and refund the overcharged amounts. Terrible experience overall!Kelly H.
I was charged an xtra $34.65 for what I don't know. I had an issue with returning the van, the check in app. Was Not letting me record mileage,therefore I couldn't get passed that section, the location was closed it was cold out and I tried for a good 20 minutes. I filled the gas tank back up, so I'm not really sure why I had 2 different charges. Coming to $85 & change. This is for a van that should've been $19.95 and mileage. So I am pretty upset, as I'm unemployed due to pandemic I'm a single mother and being taken advantage of, I would have used U-Haul many times, now I won't. I feel like I should be refunded this xtra charge w/ No explanation why I even got it. The van was definitely not clean, which I would have overlooked, but now I'm angry for this charge. The tires were not at all sufficient for snowy weather. It was unsafe to drive due to the tires spinning on the snow. This is dangerous for customers unaccustomed to driving large vehicles. I am familiar with large trucks but even with my years of experience, it was scary to drive it in a snowstorm. You guys need to make sure northern state/snow region Uhaul trucks have adequate snow tires. The customer service is always professional here.Gwendolyn G.
