Les employés du dépanneur ne comprenaient pas comment la location fonctionnait donc ça pris énormément de temps prendre possession et le retourner. De plus, le premier diable qu’il m’a donné était brisé et j’ai du lui faire remarquer (c’était assez flagrant) pour qu’il me le change. Le 50$ de rabais que j’obtenais en allant à cet endroit plutôt qu’à l’autre n’était pas indiqué non plus, donc ça aussi c’était très compliqué.

SEBASTIEN SJe suis vraiment déçu du service donner, nous avons attendu un bon 20 minutes, parce que la personne qui nous servait était au téléphone pour une situation personnelle. De plus, lorsque la personne nous a appelé pour confirmer notre rendez-vous, elle nous a demandé de changé d’établissement justement à la place que nous somme allé, pour leur donner plus de clients et allais nous offrir de 50$ de rabais, j’avais aucun problème mais toute fois je n’est pas eu le service attendu et pas de rabais aussi. Merci de bien faire un suivi avec moi.
Mathieu TI did the self check in, enter all my info, but when I arrive at the station the lady reenter all of my info, it took lots of time, and took me time to fill it only for nothing... The truck was stuck in the snow and ice, but mostly it was harder to move it because it had summer tires...in winter. We had to ask for help to a stranger who kindly help us push the van. It took us over 30 minutes to move it. And while we tried to move it...well it consume gas and add kilometers to my count. After that , I had to take little detour, knowing it was in summer tires, to be sure I would not get stuck on the road. The left turn signal was burned, needs to be change. And the truck was showing it needed an oil change. ( At first I couln't see the km on the dash because it was only the message OIL CHANGE. It had 1 km more than it should've had when I approved the km on the app) Overall I wans't really happy with the experience. I wouldn't recommand in the winter season, pretty sure they never change the tires for winter one.
